My Sonos Move One doesn’t want to charge anymore. I called the assistant centre, they will change the charge base. But today the sonos move tower shown only the micro white light. When I press the On button nothing happens. I don’t know what to do . Is someone had this kind of problem ? What can I do to make my Sonos work ? Thanks very much for your help.
Have you installed the new charging ring? If you have a USB charger that meets the requirements, test charge the MOVE via USB.
It is possible that the battery has failed. If you have a second MOVE, you could swap batteries as a test.
