Sorry if this has been asked, but I couldn't find it! I have several Amazon Alexa Dots in the house, controlling lights, etc. Last week I added a SonosOne. Here are the questions: 1. Alexa plays music on the SonosOne fine, but seemingly can not see the SonosOne as an additional device so I can engage multi-room music. I have tried Scenes and Routines, but no luck. Am I out of luck for now? Or have I missed a trick? 2. I am very impressed with the SonosOne, so I am now seriously thinking of grabbing another Sonos... most likely a Sonos Play 1. If I buy that.. will it sync withe the SonosOne and then give me multi-room music? Thanks in advance for any help.

app in windows is not giving me set up options

I have my own email and password for my amazon account to set up a SONOS ONE account linked to my alexus app on my phone. I want to add a SEPARATE SONOS ONE account for my girlfriend, who lives with me. She has her own email and password for her amazon account. Can this be done? A household profile seems to use the same account for two separate people, which is not what I am interested in doing. Any ideas?

Hi, this might be a little OCD so bear with me. I’ve just fully removes the power cord from my Play One to move the speaker. Getting the plug out of the bottom of the speaker was a challenge. I had to rock the cord from side to side to get it out, what are the chances this could damage the two prongs in the bottom of the speaker?

I have recently had to replace my Play5 under warranty (great customer service Sonos) but have now lost all of my music library. I've gone through the installation process via the android app and all of my previous music library has gone. I assumed replacing the speaker would have no effect on the music library I had on my app, any suggestions?

I just set up my new Sonos Beam to my Sony Bravia tv, when I go to watch tv or a movie, the sound only comes out of the sonos beam and not that loud. Should the sound come from both my tv and sonos beam? I have plugged the HDMI ARC cable in correct ports.

Evening all, Currently got a playbar and to play 1's. its fine for tele but lacking for music. Today i have purchased the sub and have also just brought 2 x play 5's due to them being at a siily price. My question is could i replace the sound bar with 2 play 5's then use the sub and 2 x plays 1 as surrounds? Can then sell playbar to get some money back :-) Cheers

I have a Sonos Playbar and subwoofer connected to my Sony tv. I want to get 2 back speakers, either Sonos One Smart speakers with Alexa or Sonos Play:1 without Alexa. I have been told that Alexa will not work with the Playbar. Is this true? I don’t want to spend the extra money if Alexa won’t work, anyway.

I'm not sure when this started, but I just noticed an in-app advertisement in the iOS app under the main menu. I noticed a little red dot on the menu button when I went to toggle my alarm, and once I selected the menu, I saw the Sonos advertisement for $30 off Sonos. Is there a way to opt out of these ads? For what I paid for my extensive setup throughout my home, one would think I wouldn't have to put up with ads. After all, the same ad is already in my email inbox, so why does Sonos feel it has to also put that same ad in the app? At the very least, give the customers an option to opt out.

Hello, I use connect:amp since it has been promoted first days in Czech Republic. I love that product, anyway now I have one idea and I am not able to find solution. I have been using this for playing music on a terrace. But till now it is not possible without my iPhone. Now I have realised that it has to be a possibility to control music by wired or wireless remote. It is enough to have VOLUME +/- and FWD. Any idea / product? I found Caseta by LUTRON https://www.casetawireless.com/ but not sure it could work as I need. Any experiences? many thanks in advance JAZE

I am seeing very significant battery drain on iOS when using Sonos app. This morning I just used the app for about an hour to play music, and the battery usage report shows that Sonos has consumed 47% of the battery usage in the last 24 hours. Sonos app on Android keeps freezing not letting you browse music or select speakers. Basically nothing works. Have closed the app but you have to wait for app to say it's not responding then close it from there. Any idea's?

Is there any mount out there to buy to mount the beam to the TV's VESA mount? Like this one: https://www.flexson.com/by-sonos-product/sonos-beam/flexson-tv-mount-attachment-for-sonos-beam Unfortunately that mount has been out of stock for about 3 month. And they aren't even responding to emails. And to clarify. I DO NOT want a mount (vesa) to mount both the TV and the beam. I know those exists. And I don't want them. Just want to mount the beam to the existing vesa mount. Easy as that. :)

Hello I am setting up a new connection in my den area and was looking to setup an atmos. I was wondering if your system allows that.

Is Play1 using the older Sonosnet version or the newer 2.0 version? What is the difference between the two generations in terms of reach and/or other issues? Does the One have greater reach than Play1? I am having some signal drop issues in a somewhat large home (120 sqm apartment in an L shape, with concrete walls) with a mixed setup of Play1s and Ones (10 units in all). Considering buying a pair of Boosts (I have one installed already) or, alternatively, exchanging some of the older Play1s with the newer One model. What would ensure the best signal coverage?

I have 2 different questions regarding the new Amp. 1. A new room I'm adding set up will be Playbar & 2 wired in ceiling speakers (I'd like to add my own wired sub). I know that on the current amp, once I use it for surround on my in-ceiling speakers, the sub output is disabled. Is this the same on the new amp? Any other ideas? 2. Some marketing info Sonos sent me on the amp says. [i]"Power all your entertainment. Amp features inputs for your TV and an additional audio source, so you can enjoy a movie in one room while listening to music in another"[/i]. - I'm not sure I totally understand this. Does this mean that I could wire 4 separate speakers to the amp and control one set with TV source and another from the second source? Any clarity would be great. Thank you!

I’ve had an Alexa enabled Play One and got a Beam as a birthday present. I want to buy a second Play One to create a surround experience. Do I need to purchase another Alexa enabled Play One ($199) or can i use the non Alexa enabled version ($150) and get the same result?

sonos bridge does not work any more how to repair it?

I have multiple Sonos speakers. I have also a new Benz 4K ish..projector. I also have a WiFi enabled Blu-ray player that I use to feed this projector with both Blu-ray and Netflix. I can’t figure out how to connect them to Sonos. Am planning to get a Beam,will an optical cable from the Blu-ray player to the beam do the trick? Is there any other way?

I have been trying to save some playlists from a music service I use (HOS) that I used to be able to save to my favorites list, but now when I do this I get a message from Sonos that it's "already saved". It isn't. How do I fix this?
