Can I add a ZP120 to my Wifi network to play outdoor speakers and have it sync with all the other Sonos Speakers without a bridge?

Yes, you can. However if WiFi conditions are not the best, the system may be better served by having any one Sonos unit wired to the router; a Boost is needed only if WiFi conditions demand, and if no unit can be so wired because it is not convenient to do so.
The 120 should be kept indoors, it is not designed as an outdoors unit.
