Can I leave Roam on its wireless charging stand so it is ready all the time? Will this hurt the battery?
When I use my Sonos move 2 with Bluetooth the sound keeps failing/pausing. Any suggestion to fixed it? I have an iPhone 15
É possibile collegare via Bluetooth una coppia stéréo di Soko Roam tramite la Fire Stick TV di Amazon, ascolta ti così lo streaming in stereo? Se è possibile, avete delle indicazioni sulla procedura da efffettuare? Grazie.
Just got my Move 2 four days ago and have kept it on the charger since I got it. It’s never fully charged, got to 97% and now it’s at 94%. Is this normal?
Hello, I have received a Sonos roam SL but I don't manage to pair it with with Samsung A13 (Android version 13). Could you please help to use the Sonos ?
I was looking for an offline manual/guide for sonos moveI found something similar not on SOnos.com but here:https://device.report/manual/9380574
I usually play BBC sounds or SONOS Radio on my Move, controlled via my Samsung phone. I installed Spotify on the phone and it plays via my Bluetooth connected hearing aids. It appears on the list of options on Sonos but will not play via the Move, only hearing aid. How do I activate it on Move? Nothing has worked so far.
I have a sonos Roam in my Sonos systems and it is literally a pain to use. Every time I power it on it does not show up in the app and needs to be factory reset and re-added.The factory reset and re-add its also hit and miss and almost always i need to do the process 3-5 times until it show up and can be used. This is what I just went through the other day when i wanted to use it:Power on Roam Wait for 5 mins and it did not show up in the app even-though it was on Factory reset and re add Got stuck in connecting to wifi for 10 mins Factory reset and re add again Now it connected but in the app it showed up not configured and no option to fix it Factory reset and re add again Got stuck connecting to wifi again Factory reset and re add again Finally it connected and i could play music (30+ mins later) When i was done i powered it off fully since otherwise it eats the battery in 1-2 day when sleeping I also charged it so battery is 100% This was Saturday afternoon. Today when i powered it
I have a Move and want to buy a Bluetooth turntable to connect to it. Have the connectivity problems been resolved yet?
Puedo emparejar Move y Move2??
I’m using a Sonos Move. When I play a song from Spotify through an iPhone X, Sonos starts playing in the middle of the song. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
I have a Sonos move that is now out of warranty. Without any warning last month November 2024 i lost connectivity of move and could not add to my APP S2. I have attempted multiply fixes with Sonos Support to no avail, who now advise me that as machine is not in warranty all they can offer is a replacement voucher, this is my 5th Sonos product that i have purchased without any issues. So disappointed with the response by Sonos and am now seriously considering purchasing a different speaker, £300.00 for a machine that lasted just over 2 years and then to have Sonos accept no responsibility for a flaw that if researched is clearly there doing. So disappointed with the product- imagine selling something that has compatibility issues with specific wifi settings\channels- i have had no changes with my network recently and the Move has not been damaged in any way, really poor by Sonos.
My phone connects to my roam over Bluetooth, but no audio plays from the speaker. I have tried forgetting the device and re-pairing the devices, but the same issue persists. The roam works fine over WiFi on my home Sonos network, but the Bluetooth functionality is useless?
Can you add a feature to SonosMove to switch it back to wifi after a certain time of inactivity via Bluetooth?Use case: I switch from time to time to Bluetooth to stream music from a turn table via my SonosMove (first version). When the vinyl is over and I don’t listen to that source anymore, I have to go to the Move and switch it back to Wi-Fi to use all other music sources and voice assistant.Request: it would be extremely useful if the Move would switch to Wi-Fi after for instance 1 hour of Bluetooth inactivity.Extra: if the time can be set in the settings of the Move between values such as 30mins/1hour/2hours it would be even much better.
My Roam Power On/Off button is depressed and can not snap back to the default setting. As a result I can not push in the button to pair, turn on or off and then not use. Contacted the Sonos support desk and they said I broke the button and since out of warranty there was nothing they could do or provide any advice. Any similar experience or advice. Thanks
In blue tooth the system is beautiful. I can’t seem to get roam to connect with the playbar for watching tv.
Is there a way to set a compensation factor for the low sound volume from the Roam?In different rooms I have Arc with Sub and One SLs, Beams, Ones, Move etc, and in the hallway a Roam - all grouped together, with the same sound level, and they all sound just as much, except for the Roam which I hardly ever hear and could do just as good without. I don’t want to play especially loud with the Roam, just *as* loud as the other speaker combinations.
Quick question. I'm not tech savvy so laymans terms please. My elderly neighbours (avid gardeners) have just purchased a Sonos Roam. They want to be able to leave their mobile phones inside and have the Roam outside under the verandah so that when their mobiles ring they hear it through the speaker. I've read they can't answer via the speaker but is it possible to connect to hear the ringing? If it is, where do I find the instructions to connect it please.Thank you.
I have owned a Roam for about a year now and it used to work perfectly fine, I only ever used it via Bluetooth and played music from Spotify on my phone, pretty much never opened the Sonos app. I got a new phone recently and had to reconnect my Roam. This has proven impossible. I have tried everything on the app to connect, I am able to get to the stage where the speaker connects with my Wi-Fi but after that I get a message telling me to power the speaker off then turn it back on to finish setup. When I do this, the app forgets the speaker (cannot find the product) and I don’t know what to do besides start over again. I want to connect via Bluetooth but it seems I cannot until this setup is finished, as the speaker does not show up as an option to pair in Bluetooth in my phone settings. Has anyone had a similar experience? I just want to be able to use my speaker again.
Hey,I have been having issues with my Sonos Roam for a while now as it hasn’t showed up as an available unit when I listen to music for a while now. I always ignored it and just listened to music from my laptop but today I wanted to fix this issue. I was unable to login to my account using the same email where I get the newsletter, the app would always tell me to try again as something went wrong. I googled and read someone suggest checking the sonos settings and allowing sonos to connect via local network after having changed to a new phone. Finally, I could log in but now the next issue is that Sonos will only accept my flatmates mail address as a log in option because her account is connected to the network I believe (she has two sonos devices but on a different floor). Is there a way to fix this? I probably haven’t explained myself very well but perhaps someone understands. All I want is to listen to music like I was able to in the beginning 😥
loving my Sonos One SL + Move system - except that when I pause the music and the Move goes to sleep, it doesn’t wake back up. The light comes on, and the buttons respond with little blip noises, but the app doesn’t see it as awake. Tried all of the things the app suggests to do, it just never sees it awake and ready. If I put it back on the charger, it will eventually wake up - but I make it wake up when I want to. I see a similar discussion here on the Roam - anyone else seeing this with the Move?
Recently purchased sonos move2 am novice when comes to sonos .When connected to allexa show 15 via blue tooth ,when you ask allexa show 15 to play radio station there is considerable lag before sound comes out off sonos move2 speaker same iff you switch to another radio station.is this a software issue with the sonos move2.As when allexa isn't connected to sonas 2 speaker .there isn't any lag and works imedately.Any other users had same problem ,and is there a fix or is it something sonos need to fix via a software update.Any help or thoughts much appreciated, Mike in uk
Greetings.I posted a similar question a few months back, regarding only my Sonos ROAM. None of the sensible advice has solved my problem. I sort of abandoned my quest to make the Roam work, but recently I received my Sonos BEAM from the States, and am running into the same issue: neither my Beam nor my Roam can be located by my Sonos app (S2). -I tried the factory reset on both-I tried resetting the app-both devices are powered on-my home WiFI is not configured in any particular way (that I know of): no login page, etc…-according to what I could learn online, I should not need to revert to the S1 app (even though my Beam is Gen 1)One odd thing I noticed in the app: a few key functions are greyed out. Pic below/attached.I also recently received an Echo Dot, which I was able to connect to my home WIFI with no problem. Any thoughts on this would be most helpful.
I am getting an error message "Cannot connect to Amazon Music". I have deleted and re-installed Amazon Musica number of times and I can reach Amazon Music through an iPad device. I can access Youtube Music. Any thoughts?
I have recently purchased a Sonos Move 2 with the Sonos Line-IN adapter SD-01 to play music from my ipod. I have also set up my Move 2 according to the following Sonos resource page at https://support.sonos.com/en-au/article/play-line-in-on-your-move-2 (and)https://support.sonos.com/en-au/article/adjust-line-in-settings.Problem I'm having is that my move 2 does not automatically play from line-in (Ipod) every time I power up from scratch. I found that I have to disconnect the USB-C adapter and re-connect it before it would play from the ipod. This is a major inconvenience and is a major flaw in the design of the unit. Have I configured my Move 2 incorrectly? I have also tried 2 different audio cable with no success.
