When will the beam 2 be compatible with the ace sound system?

Hi, I received my pair of ACE yesterday and have noticed a crackling sound that follows the rhythm of the music when playing at high volume. Compared to my Bose Quiet Comfort, which can handle the same music and volume without any problems, is there something wrong with the ACE or do they have a volume limitation? I tested and discovered that it has to do with the treble settings. Lowering it makes the problem disappear, but at the same time, it loses the same crispness in the sound.Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

My Sonos Ace is not found by my Samsung TV and cannot connect through bluetooth? What am I missing?

Before I updated the Sonos Ace headphones when I first received them, there was a sound indicating they were on or off when holding the power button. But since I updated, I don’t hear any sound making it hard to know if the headphones are on or off. I have to open the Sonos app to see if the device is connected which is a bit annoying. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

When can I connect my beam and headphones 

Got my ACE headphones today, they sound great but they’re not charging. Stuck at 53%. Tried different cables and power adapter that work with other devices. Feel like I’m doing something stupid. No orange or green lights to indicate charging status. Blue light comes on ok when connected via Bluetooth. Is there reboot / reset option of some description I could try??? Thanks

As the title says, I’m interested in them as an alternative to the Apple Headphones which are too much for headphones that are several years old.But for headphones, I want to listen to them before I’d consider paying for them.   Is it sold at retail so I can try without buying them?

Dear All, Here's my issue: * After the initial setup of my newly purchased Ace set, which involved Bluetooth connecting it to my Android phone, I also Bluetooth connected the Ace set to my trusted TV. * I started listening to the TV, and was suddenly interrupted by a call which came through my Android phone … (multipoint connection ...) So, for all I know, I could either continue to allow such mishaps to go on, or Bluetooth unpair the Ace from my phone.The trouble I discovered with the latter option is that when Ace is Bluetooth unpaired from the phone, the phone's app can no longer manage Ace's settings … Has anyone found a better way to prevent call intrusion while watching TV, while also maintaining the ability to manage the Ace via the app on the phone? In the same line: for those of you who also own an Arc and can therefore enjoy the much anticipated TV Audio Swap - do you need the Ace permanently Bluetooth paired with the phone in order to activate the Swap via the Content button

HiCan someone official confirm for certain what the frequency response range of these headphones is?Where would I find the specifications that include that, as this detail seems to have been omitted?

First let me say I’m enjoying my Ace headsets. Yes, headsets...I have two as I have Arc’s upstairs and downstairs and I’m lazy 😂To the purpose of my post. I wear eyeglasses with arms of varying widths. You may find that eyeglasses with arms as shown in Pic I provide a better seal for noise cancellation than those eyeglasses with arms of a wider width as shown in Pic II. Before the naysayers chime in to add “there’s another reason not to buy the Sonos Ace” know that the Apple Pro Max’s (of which I have a set) share the same sealing details in regards to this post.FYI, the Ace received another update within the last week or so. I have no idea what the update was for. However, Sonos is moving forward to continually improve its products in spite of dealing with App issues (which incidentally may be part of the planned improvements/fixes).That said...Enjoy your Ace!Pic I Pic II 

Question for those that have the Ace: Can the ANC mode be set for different type of source?eg ON for listening to music on phone, but when taking a call it automatically turns OFF, and then ON back again when reverting back to music. 

I recently got my SONOS Ace’s a couple of weeks ago and I am absolutely loving them. I mostly use them in my shared office space due to the dual connectivity between my phone and PC. Unfortunately, it sounds like the sound from my headphones are “leaking” so loudly that someone on the opposite side of the office can make out what song I am listening to! It’s a shame because I really wanted to have the full listening experience of my headphones but I need to now think about how loud I am putting them.SONOS Ace product page - “Personal listening perfected”Otherwise I am really happy with them but this is a real stickler

I seem to only get significant sound from left ear….very slight on right. Tried on different devices, phone and laptop using Spotify or YY. Any thoughts. Worked fine initially.

Just picked up a pair of Ace.  I’m impressed thus far.  My question is why the Ace doesn’t appear under my ‘System’ with all my other Sonos gear?  Is there a way to add it?I’d also like to purchase the extended warranty for them.  Does anyone know how to do that?

Just had my new Ace delivered, and there seems to be a slightly varying static sound coming from the right headset.Anyone getting this too?  

Is it  possible to charge with an iPad Adapter 20W, or shoudn‘t I do that, because it‘s not good for the headphones?

What is the timeline for Ace headphones to connect to Beam? 

After firmware to 2.9.3 firmware upgrade last night I see there is no status light when the headphones are on.Also firmware upgrade failed and the headphones failed to connect to connect and i had to restart it few times unti it succeeded. 

Multipoint between a Mac and iPhone doesn't work smoothly. When I have Spotify playing on my mobile and am simultaneously connected to the MacBook, I can't resume playback after taking off the headset. It pauses after 1-3 seconds, and I don’t hear a sound. I then have to first switch back to the MacBook sound in the sound settings tab on my Mac, then reactivate SONOS, and only then can I resume playback on my iPhone. Does anyone have an explanation? 

I have recently bought sonos ace and when i plug the 3.5 mm jack and take calls on my laptop on teams the other person can't hear me properly. Is this something that can be fixed. Works perfectly fine with bluetooth.

So it seems you can't play your Sonos playlist to your Sonos Ace headphones!!!!! WTF!!!!!As a work around would it be possible to play the playlist out of an Arc and use TV Audio swap to transfer the output to the headphones? If so would I be able to use the sonos app to select a different track from the playlist etc as I would if playing to a normal sonos speaker? Also what is the range like for TV Audio Swap, how close do the headphones need to be to the Arc?

When I saw the Sonos ace I thought that my search for a reliable set up for looking the tv with my wife while my son is sleeping was over... I could put away dual Bluetooth pairing, crap device that only works In stereo that force me to change every time the setting since the audio stream is silent over spdif... A nightmare… Then I researched and I found out that the Sonos ace can only be paired one at a time to the wifi with Sonos arc to listen to tv and that was a bummer… If it possible I would like to make a feature request to make possible to use two Sonos ace at a time with Sonos arc so I can watch tv with my wife while my children are sleeping in the evening.I would buy immediately 2 of these headset even 3:) Please

I seriously don’t get it. I’m an early ambassador for Sonos. Love the products. Have owned over 20 components over 2 homes for years. I stuck with Sonos through the S2 upgrade. But, the premise is multiple zones synced to play the same thing or multiple separate zones. I don’t get offering $400 headphones. There are literally hundreds of quality headphones that are equal in sound quality and more compatible with multiple streaming/ Bluetooth/ plug in platforms.Help me understand how this product fits…
