My Sonos Ace is not found by my Samsung TV and cannot connect through bluetooth? What am I missing?

I’m sorry to hear you have been unable to connect the Ace to your TV. Apologies for the delayed response, it has been quite busy around here recently. Can I first confirm whether you are following the steps listed in the following guide: Pair your Bluetooth device with Sonos Ace ?

 

It would also be worth trying to pair the Ace with a different Bluetooth device such as a smartphone, just to test whether the issue is unique to your TV. Please let me know how you get on.
