A friend just got the new Sonos Ace headphones and is really impressed with the sound quality compared to their old Sony’s. The one downside they've noticed is that when they connect the Ace to their iPhone with a USB-C cable, it seems to drain the phone's battery pretty quickly, probably because it's charging the headphones at the same time. They're wondering if there's a way to stop the headphones from charging while connected via USB-C, as they really like the lossless audio quality but don't want to have to buy an extra adapter just to use the headphone jack. Any ideas?

I can’t find a way to turn off the charge. The ACE sounds great wired to my iPad but just sucks the juice out of the battery…..hopeless

I love my Sonos Ace & now as of today even more-I’ve been listening connected to my Beam with the update. I’ve had them on today for about 5hrs (started out at 100%) & now the app is showing 50% remaining. I thought there were supposed to be good for at least 30 hrs?
