Dear all

i‘ve received the new sonos ace headphonos. It sounds great. But to use the full potential, its needed to connect them to the app. 
thats where the problem starts. The headphone just don‘t connect to the app. No error, but „check bluetooth“ btw. bluetooth works fine. 
ios and sonos app are on newest version. Phone rebootet, app reseted, ace reseted…

 

any hints or ideas? How to connect ace to the app, to perform firmware upgrades and to use all the features? At the moment Ace is just a very expensive bluetooth headphone  

 

I am having the same issue.  I can play music to it through regular Bluetooth connection and shows up in my phone settings but won’t connect inside the Sonos App.  Very disappointing and thinking of returning them.

They have sent me a replacement, which works perfectly…
