Sonos Ace, sound vanish

Hi guys

I have the sonos ace headphones.
whenever I enter a game, 10-20 seconds after I've started playing it, the sound disappear, I can see the sound is still there via the windows sound settings (the bar which show if theres sounds or not, is moving) as soon as I exit the game, the sound works again. 
I have the newest update for the headphonse

Any advice?
