Can I connect (2) sub mini’s to a Beam 2? 

I find it outrageous that Sonos obliges you to give your precise location to manipulate the settings in the system.  This is a clear violation of my privacy.  And for the people who say well just change hardware, I have invested heavily in sonos, to do this would cost me thousands. Also for the people who say this is use how it is, get used to it, no, we need to stand up to this kind of behaviour.  Sonos if you are listening, please change this.  This is unacceptable. 

While Ikea Symfonisk has provided a small screw they have explained that a larger screw is required to be plugged into the wall on which the bracket would rest.However, they have not mentioned the size of the larger screw. It would be great if someone could share these details.

I would purchase the Ace headphones if …I am quite deaf and hoped that the Ace headphones would bring clarity to TV sound, however instead of transferring the radio from the sound bar to the headphones I need the option to still have sound coming from the soundbar so that my wife, who has good hearing, can enjoy programmes with me. Any chance of this feature option being included? 

I am having Arc, sub3 and 2 era300. While doing the true play tuning with new Sonos app on iPhone 13 with latest iOS, in the final step app stuck there for more than 30mins. I have to close the app manually resulting in no Trueplay tuning. Tried at least 7-8 times still the issue there.

Error “Can’t connect Truplay to Living room at this time. Please try again” . Tried numerous times. Era 300 surrounds work with Truplay when separated. A replacement Arc acts the same. Using an up to date iPhone 15 Pro Max. Sonos all up to date.

I tried to connect my mini sub to my beam and it just won’t connect and I don’t know what to do

Greetings,Ever since this update my queue keeps being cleared. At first I felt was an anomaly - rebooted and all appeared to work fine. However, if I put the system to sleep and come back later the queue has been cleared. (I would have say 400 songs - and it is on song 20). Very annoying since these are music shows that are each 2hrs - and now I cannot remember the last nor where I was in the song.Anyahoo I now check everyday for a new update to see if this queue problem has been resolved.  Funny thing is - based on 40y+ of working with computers, I have never seen such a featureless app updated as much as this. And this last update now has rendered it almost useless.Sadly I am stuck using this app to play music onto the Sonos pair. One problem I have with the Sonos pairing is that from my PoV - there is no “singular point” to connect to - to reach the pair. With various music players they force you (via uPNP) to choose an IP but when you play music - only one speaker works. It would b

Hi.  Just updated my sonos app and it does not open it just crashes.  can anybody help? 

Connectivity to Napster seems really messed up. Sometimes it can’t connect at all and gives an error that says “Something went wrong”.  Other times it connects, but only shows half of my content that should be in “My Music” and “My Artists”.  I see a longer list via the Napster website, but Sonos only sees half of it.  I restarted by wired “Port” device and it didn’t help.  The WiFi connected Roams and Hubs have the same problem.  I upgraded my Android app on my phone and it didn’t help at all.  What’s going on?

We have an existing sound system that includes an amp and a mixer with TS Connectors and XLR Connectors. Can I connect the Sonos Port sthe amp so we can control the sound coming from the speakers? Specifically we want to stream music from phones or apps. Thanks!

Adding app feedback here to the numerous requests for VPN support.I tunnel my internet connection to my home network over a Wireshark VPN while working remotely. The app flat out refuses to acknowledge my Sonos system (including Ace headphones) in spite of being connected to my home network where the app has access to Sonos product discovery packets. I can confirm that the devices are all accessible via their normal IP addresses, and that discovery packets are present on the network over VPN. I would like to strongly recommend that the app attempts discovery of a known Sonos system despite whatever wifi SSID it detects. There is no reason why it shouldn’t.My two cents.

This new app is one of the worst apps I have ever used! I have been a high end integrator for 30 years! I love Sonos but will now have to find a new music system to sell if they don’t fix this!

A friend just got the new Sonos Ace headphones and is really impressed with the sound quality compared to their old Sony’s. The one downside they've noticed is that when they connect the Ace to their iPhone with a USB-C cable, it seems to drain the phone's battery pretty quickly, probably because it's charging the headphones at the same time. They're wondering if there's a way to stop the headphones from charging while connected via USB-C, as they really like the lossless audio quality but don't want to have to buy an extra adapter just to use the headphone jack. Any ideas?

Is anyone else getting there Sonos settings , EQ etc cleared out and not saving? Even my trueplay is showing as if I haven’t done it, and also the all amps seem to be going “WiFi enabled” even if I had some “disabled” 

Sonos release 4 August 2024 (I'm guessing the date; I updated these on Tue 6 August):There is a fault with the Android & iOS controllers: neither display the section called "Your Sources", which, in my case consists of [1] Music Library and [2] Line-In [Amp]The Music Library is accessible (it resides on a powered-on Windows device) and (of course) I am able to see all of its contents on the Windows version of the controller.But when I start the Android controller and the iOS controller, neither controller shows "Your Sources". Note that the Windows device was already up and running and playing (using the Music Library) to a Roam speaker with no issue.I then power on both Sonos Play speakers (and the Line-In Amp) .. and magically.. the Android and iOS show up the "Your Sources" details.What could possibly have prevented seeing my sources on those two mobile versions?? I can’t believe the mobile versions are closely-coupled to the Play speakers to trigger “seeing” the music library.T

I have a new iPhone and Sonos app has stopped recognising my phone and kitchen and bedroom speakers. It tells me to sign out/in which I do but just keeps repeating this order 

I have a relatively old Sonos system, Sonos Play 5, Play 3 and a Sonos Bridge. It has been fine for a long time now, but since a new router was installed I can only get connected using the mobile app about one time out of ten.

I have 15 Sonos speakers in my house…ever sense I added the eras the system does not play well at all..not connecting for playback..does anyone have thoughts on the eras 100.

I can’t pick up any Sonos radio throw my speakers anymore I just says stations are unavailable.?

I get reliable sound quality on my Roam via bluetooth connection.  But when I use that bluetooth Roam as the source for a group of speakers on my system via wifi, the sound constantly dropps for a split second---over and over again--on the wifi connect speakers, while the roam speaker remains constant.  

Hi, It always used to that changing your address to a different region within you Sonos account gave you access to that region’s services. Is this no9 longer the case> No matter what region I change to I get the same selection of services

Put in update yesterday and now I cannot add/edit/access or change the music Library. Run as Admin. Given FULL rights, Shared it. Shouted at it. I am an IT Pro of over 50 years experience. This needs fixing YESTERDAY. Contrition is good but results are better. Release rewind to prior WORKING update immediately please.

Can’t believe my system was working fine before the update and now it won’t work at all . 30% discount on a $3000+ system wow. This is sad! Very disappointed that a company would purposely make a new upgrade so all 6 speakers stop working just to get new product. Anyone else have this issue ?
