Good morning, I would like to know if through the diagnosis available on the app it is possible to understand if one of the three mid-woofers of a Five is working correctly. Unfortunately the Five's grille is very dense and I can't see if it moves correctly. Thank you very much.

To my knowledge, nothing can be ‘seen’ by the customer. I don’t know if it is part of the diagnostic that Sonos employees can look at, you might try submitting one, and calling Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

The regular way ist talking to someone from support staff via chat or phone and telling her/him the diag number. They will take a look at the data and tell you if they can see the needed information.
