TCL Remote control for sonos playbar.

Hello. I bought a new TV. TCL 75" mini led. My old tv worked with my sonos but the new tcl doesn't. I have Playbar, Sub and one. When I plug in my optical cable from TV to playbar, and want to add the new remote to sonos, sonos won't accept it. So I can't turn the volume up and down. Is there any way to give the remote control a new IR frequency, or do something else?

Are you sure your new remote is using IR and not bluetooth?

It can do both, and bluetooth is disabled
