Hello

Yesterday I reset my router and at first only the Sub mini lost connection. Soon after some minutes the whole entertainment section was not connected. After spending 2 hours I reset and rebooted everything  multiple times. I was able to reconnect everything.

However I am still not able to add the Surrounds “there was a problem adding your surrounds” I have tried all the recommendations so far nothing has worked,

Hi

Yes thats is what I did when it opend.

I did a lot of troubleshooting but the fix was simply to rmove the sub from the arc

add the rears and then add the sub

After the reset you have to treat your Sonos as a new install, if you have done the steps there then it may be time to call Sonos support.
