Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

The IOS app could not find my products after a replacement router was installed.  I did a factory reset as the app said and the router is showing the speakers.  The app took me through setting up the speakers then failed to link them to my account( on the app).  Now the app can’t find the Play:1s and I am not sure what to do next.

Napster has been misbehaving for the last couple of months on my S1 system.   Two problems:A lot of tracks are cut off early, as much as a minute before the actual end.  I mean that Sonos jumps to the next track well before finishing the current track.  It’s different for each track, and not all tracks have the problem, but it’s consistent for the tracks that do (i.e., for a given album/track, it always seems to cut off early at the same point). Seeking doesn’t work at all.  If I seek in a track, I get “The connection to the server was lost” and it skips to the next track.  Merely pausing and resuming triggers this behavior.

But the problem still exists. Please kindly advise how to resolve the issue

my Sonos system is gone after replacing my nbn battery. They have disappeared from my Sonos app and my phone can’t find them or re add them. Does anyone know what I should do ? 

My sonos beam recently stopped giving out any sound , it is connected to a Samsung TV via hdmi .I found that the sonos app on my phone which I rarely use had deleted itself (?)After reinstalling the app could not connect to the beam , even after factory resetting the beam .Also when looking at my hdmi on the TV,  there are various picture of white soundwave / wavy line patterns and shapes which periodically change .Any ideas anyone , thanks in advance 

Can anyone at Sonos please give some indication of how to get my album artwork to show on desktop and phone / tablet apps ? Is this something that needs fixing ? If so when  Or Is there anything I can do myself to get it back that I'm not aware of ?? Thanks

Earlier this week, to my unexpected joy, I found I could access past BBC prom concerts by clicking on ‘podcasts’.  Today however, when I click through from ‘BBC Sounds’ to ‘Discover Podcasts’ there is simply a message ‘Unable to browse music’   Is this a temporary problem ?  I can see there was a conversation several months ago.  Is there anything I can do to access past BBC concerts ?

When playing Dolby Atmos content on my Sonos Ace Headphones, am I supposed to see the Dolby Atmos Badge in the Sonos App?  I have tried playing Dolby Atmos content from my Arc using TV swap as well as directly from my iPhone (with the Dolby Atmos setting both at automatic and always on), but I never see the Dolby Atmos badge present in the app when using the Ace headphones.  When playing the same content on the Arc, I do get the Atmos badge.  Is this how it is supposed to function or is something setup incorrectly?  Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hello everyone,A few months ago, I bought a Sonos Amp for my home hi-fi audio system. I connected it to a turntable and a preamplifier, and everything works quite well. Recently, I decided to purchase a Sonos Ace headphones, thinking that since they are from the same brand, they would seamlessly connect and allow audio output via Bluetooth to the headphones. To my surprise, despite being from the same brand, this connection isn't possible, which I find quite astonishing.Additionally, I tried connecting the headphones to my PS5, but that wasn't possible either, which was somewhat expected since they are not from the same brand. However, what really surprises me is that I can't connect them to the Amp. So now I have a $500 headset that I can basically only use to listen to music and sound from my phone, haha.With that said, I'd like to ask the community if there are any updates planned that would allow the Sonos Ace headphones to connect to the Amp, or if this is something that will neve

I have 2 Sonos One speakers and an using the new Sonos app to play radio stations (e.g. NHPR, WNYC). Several times I have noticed that when I change the station (e.g. switch from NHPR to WNYC), the system continues to play the original station (e.g. NHPR). If I switch to a different service (e.g. SiriusXM) and then return to the station I want to hear (e.g. WNYC), then it works as expected.  Do others have this issue?  Thanks,  John

Intrigued by this Sonos tie-up with Polspotten, the Dutch home accessories company.There is an interesting Ace headphones stand to start with (although clicking on it doesn’t seem to lead anywhere currently). Some time ago I started gettjng what I can only describe as a reverb sound coming from my Era100's connected to my Arc as surround sound pairs. It never happened when I had my previous One SL's as surround speakers. And I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that when I first set them up. I've powered down all 3 speakers (Arc and both Era100's) and it's still happening. Its almost to the point of being unlistenable Any way to fix it?

I got a Sonos Arc from USA. I know the device itself switches to 220V (range 110-240V) but the power cable is rated 125V. Can I use the same power cable in India (220V) or should I get a new power cable from India

Should the Ace, show across all my controllers on different devices once setup ? As the ace would not set up on my app on my one plus andriod phone i used my daughters iphone to set up and the device, on that phone in the controller app the Ace shows, It works on my Andriod device but will not show in the controller app so  I can use equalizer etc It doesnt show on the desktop either

Is e bought the IKEA Symfonisk second hand .thr typers shown as E101. I have no other Sonos products at the moment this is therefore my first venture into Sonos. I have gone through the clearing of old data process and the light on the front is flashing green and white . the speaker is plugged into the mains electricity . I believe it is a Bluetooth speaker but my Apple iPad can’t find it. what other steps do I require to take . It says it is a wireless speaker so Ipresumedit could be connected to via  luetooth .Is this correct or does it have to being,used in my home network . hopefully the answer is it is Bluetooth enabled thank you for any help offered .i tried the Sonos bot but was in a queue of #1and eventually gave up . It’s not been a good first experience with Sonos so I am hoping someone on herecanbdlp me TeflonMan      

So I just realized Sonos can no longer access my music library and after doing some searching online I found out it is an error that is affecting many users. However, since I am not the most tech savvy guy, I don’t know if my specific setup is the same of other users reporting the issue, or maybe there is something I can do to fix it. I have 2 Sonos Play:1 with Sonos OS2 and a Sonos Port with Sonos OS2 as well. My music library is on a flashdrive attached to a USB port on my router. It is a Sercomm FG824CD v2 provided by Vodafone Spain which runs samba 3.0.37. SMB file sharing is activated without user or password.This setup has been working fine por a couple of years, but now the library has disappeared from the Sonos app and I am getting a 913 error when trying to relink it. I can access the folder from my Surface without any issue.I don’t know if anyone can help out with this or if it is the exact same issue other users are experiencing. Hello - My music library is still not functional, looking for help or ideas.  I’ve got it successfully added to the app.  When I click “Music Library” it takes me to the categories (Artists, Albums, etc.).  From there, anytime I click on a category, I receive a “something went wrong” error message.  Every once in a while (with no discernible pattern that I can see, it will show my library after clicking on Artist.  When it does, if I click on the artists’ name, it then gives me the “something went wrong” error message. Sometimes, I’ll open the app and the music library is gone.  Then it’ll magically appear (usually after a few minutes).   I have both an android and an iphone, pretty much same experience on both.  I do have the Windows desktop app - and that still works perfect.  If I play a playlist or queue with the desktop app, I can manage it / change songs via the mobile.  I cannot; however, browse my library or make any changes to said list / queue.For reference, my music library

Just taken delivery of a new ERA 300 and it won’t play Apple Music -  I read the following but have not a clue how to accomplish it? There was an immediate update when I set the system up but that seemed to go ok.Spotify is working fine as is Amazon. Summary from another post - which may to may not be the answer. Hi I have issues with my Beam ARC. When trying to connect it says ARC not connected when the cable is actually connected. Sometimes when I turn off tv and on again it connects but the tv keeps forgetting the ARC. Other times it says some other device is interfering but no other device is in. Trying to connect here but it’s saying ARC cable is not in

Before the updating to the new app I was able to syncronize my units (Port and Play 1 & 3) such that these played the same music/sound at the same time. Now, I cannot add my Port unit when I use the other units and vice versa. It says that “I cannot connect - and please try again later”. I can still syncronize in between the Play units without problems. Can someone advice me how to sort it out or is it something in the new app that doesn’t work? All units are using the same wifi source (no extensions).

After update if Sonos App, I cannot connect with my Saavn playlist though I have a Saavn Pro account. It was all fine earlier. The new update of Sonos app has really impacted negatively for me
