We have a problem with a customer's system. The system correctly detects 3 SONOS ONES but when we try to add a fourth player the app detects it but then the message "unable to add SONOS ONE to account" appears. The same happens when we try to add a Port. On the login page (https://sonos.com/login) after entering email and password appears the warning "system not registered require validation email" Could this be the cause of the problem?

Even though you received an answer via DM from @Corry P, I’ll just simply add the solution here for the rest of our Community.

On the login page (https://sonos.com/login) after entering email and password appears the warning "system not registered require validation email" Could this be the cause of the problem? 

Simply, yes! Make sure to check your email, maybe have a look on trash/junk folder for a Sonos Verification Account email and complete the process.
