Hi all!How do I listen to podcasts on my Sonos system? What do I need?Thank youNeven

In the Sonos app there is a settingAccount → Data & Privacy → Additional Data UsageOn that settings page there is a switch labeled “Usage Data Sharing”I want to opt out and disable (o--) this, but I cannot.It always automatically switches back to “enabled”  (--o).Being more verbose: I switch if off, leave the settings page (as there is no save or apply), go to the same settings again and what i switched off before is now back enabled.Very funny Sonos! Anyone else see this? P.S.: It is not possible to control this setting on the web either (btw: WHY Sonos, why cant I disable it globally for my account?!), instead the Web configuration page states it should be changed in the app (per device).

Bonjour à tous, Je n'arrive pas à me connecter au Bluetooth sur la Beam.J'ai essayé sur mon Samsung et sur un Apple, la barre n'est jamais retrouvé en Bluetooth. Lorsque j'appuie sur la touche Bluetooth de la beam,  cela clignote en orange.Auriez vous une astuce ?J'ai réinitialisé et cela ne fonctionne pas mieux.Merci

Updated sonos app and speakers.Sonos app shut down by S24+Uninstalled and re-installed Sonos.S24+ says app has a bug. Re-install when sonos fixes it. Sonos shut down.Any ideas please? And where do I post the question?????

Fairly new to the Sonos App, but I can't view any of the playlist tracks or 'All Access Playlist' tracks? While I realize that the 'free' version of Amazon Music is now on a shuffle basis, I can't even search for an artist or song, everything shows up as a station. Even when clicking on my playlists I can't view the songs in them. Just shows as a station for whatever playlist? Maybe I'm just missing something simple, but it seems like a disconnect between Sonos and Amazon. I can view all these things in the Amazon Music app, and play whatever I want from my All Access Playlist. If I try and play that playlist via Sonos, it just randomly picks a spot and plays songs from it. 

Through my Sonos system, Pandora now gets commercials on Sonos but my subscription is for Pandora Plus which I used to get through Sonos - and I no longer get access to my Sirius subscription. Any ideas on what I should do? 

Hello Hoping someone can help.I recently upgraded my sound system from BOSE to SONOS. I have a Sonos ARC a Sonos Sub and 3 Sonos Amps. AMP 1 - Connected to my Bose rear channel speakers for surround (didn't want to rewire)AMP 2 - Connected to BOSE 251 in my backyardAMP 3 - Connected to BOSE Freespace speakers by my poolall 3 of these sources work great individually or together.so here’s my question - I just bought a MOVE 2 so I could have the flexibility to move sound around. I see it on my system In the SONOS app, but I can't play the same music. Did I do something wrong? or is this not possible? if not possible, why? and what can I replace the MOVE with to make it work?ThanksAnthony D

Have Sonos rectified the errors created by their last update that destroyed my ability to play music kept on my iMac using the Sonos system?

This is a basic setup question. Looking to use a Beam Gen 2 as the sound bar for my TV. I have in-ceiling speakers that will be powered by a Connect Amp (compatible with Gen 2) and it's main purpose is background music. Is it possible to group the 2 devices together and use the TV sound as the source for both devices (if I want to listen to the big game on all devices)? It looked like the only input sources (when grouping devices) were online services (e.g., Pandora, etc.), but I may have been missing something. 

 I have Sonos Arc, the mini sub, and 2 Era 300s in a surround system. They are connected, sound great, however Trueplay no longer seems accessible. Do I have to disconnect and start over? Thanks

Looking to add ERA 300 speakers to my surround sound, would like to install them on the shelf in the picture where the red circles are.  The speakers would be 10’ high, 10’ from the back of the sofa and 25’ from the TV (if that matters).  As you can see its an open floor plan with no good place to put them on the wall or on floor stands.  Would they be effective on that top shelf or am I wasting my money?    

Hi,I hope you can help me reset my Sonos Connect.After applying power with the pause button depressed, then releasing the pause button after about 15 seconds:the led flashes white/orange forever the led does not transition to green. the network port (cable connected) flashes so the switch and network is working.I have tried other combinations many times without success.Any ideas please?  ThanksRich

HiI have a Ray which was purchased in December 2023, working fine via Optical all this time but this morning it just would not output sound and I could hear a faint clicking/popping from it.Rebooted it, no change.Unplugged optical, still the sameReset it via the button and it seemed to discover it ok but then said it was added but would not be shown until I rebooted it, which I did and now its back to flashing white with a popping/clicking sound.Do I need to get it replaced?

Another Saturday where I’ve wasted at least 15 minutes messing with music. At least most of my dinner guest understand that Sonos is no longer reliable.Why has no one been fired? This is worse than the government… breaks stuff and takes forever to fix it...

My Roam product clearly is not working even with all the reset suggestions and power adapters etc the support is a complete run around and I am not happy at all with the amount of money and lack of performance when it did work. In its second year went completely dead. Why can’t this company realize it is loosing customers with this issue and take care of me. I’m feeling very disappointed and ripped off! 

when I select a playlist, e.g. Yacht Rock, the app simply rolls through the various artists without stopping on any one artist rendering the playlist unplayable. Has anyone else had this experience? Did you find a solution?

We have 3x Play 1s, an Alexa Play 1, a surround system with a playbar, sub, and 2x Play 1s, 2x Gen2 Amps, and 2x Gen1 Amps. Since the recent app update all of our speakers except one single play 1 have disappeared from the app. Occasionally they show back up but as soon as you try to select them to play musica they all disappear again. I can sometimes see them in Update Networks but they just continually show up there even after following the procedure. I have also tried completely resetting speakers and re-adding them to no avail. Our system is completely unusable right now.

We updated our router a few weeks ago. Our Sonos Systems (Play 3are having difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi. We’ve tried rebooting, and it will, and Sonos One) l works for a nanosecond and then stops working again.  We are constantly rebooting the system or trying to hook to the router, but all have been unsuccessful. I tried calling Sonos customer service but was on the phone for an hour waiting for someone to answer.  I’m looking for suggestions for other things I could try. If it matters, we have Verizon.

I have a Music folder on my desktop that I am trying to add. This is on MAC OS.When I try to do this it says Sonos was unable to add the folder and access is denied?

Seems my ARC soundbar volume is dropping momentarily at random when playing audio via HDMI (Roku Ultra).Curious if anyone else is experiencing similar behavior or has a fix / solution available?Symptoms:White status light on front of ARC soundbar shows  for ~1 to 2 secs before disappearing Volume is only reduced to low and is not disabled entirely Once white status light disappears, the volume returns back to normalMy first thought was the Sonos voice assistant was inadvertently enabled; however, I’ve noticed when enacting the voice assistant, there is usually verbal feedback plus the entire transaction usually takes at least ~5 seconds.Troubleshooting Attempted:Disabling Touch Controls via Sonos App to rule out phantom button presses (NO EFFECT)Setup:Roku Ultra connected via HDMI 1 to Sony TV Sonos ARC connected via HDMI 2 (ARC) to Sony TV ARC Sonos Voice Assistant Enabled Connected via Wi-Fi Microphone Enabled Thanks in advance!

I set up my era 100 at home with WiFi and ran trueplay as well as adjust the eq. I have since moved my era 100 to my office where I can only stream to it over Bluetooth. Am I correct in understanding that the trueplay and eq settings carry over from the last tuning? Since I’m streaming over Bluetooth and can’t connect to WiFi I have no way of adjusting the trueplay and eq settings at my office.  

Seems the TV Autoplay function on my ARC soundbar is not working consistently as I would expect.  When this feature is enabled, my assumption is any audio signal provided via HDMI to the Sonos ARC should take priority over streaming audio via the Sonos App (i.e., Spotify, etc.). This should in turn automatically switch the audio signal from streaming audio to HDMI when present.Curious if I have the correct understanding of how this functionality is suppose to work in practice? Hate the update and so do all of my customers. Been a strong supporter of SONOS and push their product but the update is horrible. Customers hate how difficult it is to use. It’s also glitchy and isn’t as fluid as it use to be. It never knows what product it’s connected to and changes on its own. Not to mention the update also seems to have created an issue with devices AirPlaying to them. This was a step backwards. Needs to be resolved ASAP. Trying to watch football now and the audio keeps cutting out while apple tv is air playing to play 5. Never an issue before update. FIX IT!!!
