I got this issue while trying to add a new device via your application. An alert display that "There was a problem checking for updates." and I tried again but it didn't work. It showed another alert that said "We couldn't update your products. Check your network connection and try again later." 

 

Are you running any port blocking software, VPNs, or using a controller device that has a work profile installed? Have you rebooted both the speakers and your router?


Which router/gateway are you using?
