New to Sonos, trying to play music from android phone whilst using Samsung music - how?

I have this set up with the line in connected to the headphone jack of my Mac Mini M4 to the special Sonos adapter plugged into the Move 2. Sometimes when I’m in YouTube videos, I click the video and instantly it’s playing with audio, other times the video plays but it takes a few seconds for the audio, sometimes the video will play with no audio at all and sometimes the video plays and the audio  quits playing. Driving me bonkers!

Hi, I’m new to the community and would appreciate any help. I’ve been searching for an answer but haven’t found one yet. I have two Era 100 speakers that have worked perfectly for almost a year. Recently, they’ve started stopping in the middle of a song, regardless of the song or source. The Sonos app still shows that the music is playing, but there’s no sound from the speakers.I’ve tried pausing, playing, and restarting the app, but none of these actions resolve the issue. The only way to restore sound is by saying, “Alexa, play…” which makes the speakers work again. After that, I can use the Sonos app to play music as usual. However, the problem returns after a day or two.Has anyone experienced this issue or know how to fix it? Thank you in advance!

It's been over a year, is there any discussions on when this will be supported?  The documents from the box itself says to mount inverted if x feet from ceiling, yet the Sonos ecosystem says era 300 not supported?  Is this due to the app issues or lack of focus/support for new products? 

My multi room Sonos system is quite pathetic at the moment. I’m running S2 app on everything. Arc + 2 x Sonos 1s, stereo pair of 1s, 2 x free standing 1’s,  a 5, a 3 an amp ( for turntable) and a roam. Volume changes lag, rooms don’t come on together then al of a sudden volume jumps up or down in separate rooms.  If I skip a track on Spotify or similar Same thing one room plays others vanish for a while. Spent a lot of money on Sonos, very disappointing that they cannot supply decent software to match their prices.  Roam constantly vanished from system.

I live in a condo building. I’ve got 10 Play:1’s, a Boost, and a Sonos Connect all on SonosNet channel 1. I also have a Netgear Orbi mesh wireless network. I’ve had this same setup for the past 7 years, with the same annoying various quirks and responsiveness delays, which I’ve always blamed on interference from the other condo units around me. Presently I don’t remember how to bring up the interference map but I’ve done that previously a few years ago and it was pretty bad, lots of red. I’ve tried all 3 of the SonosNet channels and it’s always the same. What I’d like to know is, if I replace my 7 year old Orbi mesh wireless network with a newer fancier one, could this resolve or reduce these recurring issues? I was going to list the quirks but there’s so many and no one wants to read all that. It’s gotta be from interference.

I can’t connect my Port to the old Stereo--I’m including a photo of the back of the stereo. I believe I need to connect the Port input to the Speaker section.  However, it’s not working.    

I have an old Kenwood Hifi separates system. I would like to play this through my Sonos Era 100s. I think I need to connect the Aux out from the amp component to a Bluetooth transmitter to make this work. Is this right? I’ve just received a Bluetooth transmitter from Amazon but it’s faulty so I’m sending it back. Before I order another one, I just want to check I’ve got the right idea. If so, can anyone recommend a good transmitter? Thank you. 

Whenever I return home or after a period of time not using system sonos app will not load the system u til I turn wifi off and on again on my phone. Any ideas as to why this would happen and how to fix?

Hi !I have trouble configuring my Sonos one SL : I tried downloading the android app and chose “add an audio speaker or a component”. It tells me it cannot configure my products unless it has access to my precise location and send me in my parameters. I checked and gave access to the app, it can access everything in my phone including my precise location. But the app still tells me to give it access to my precise location. What can I do to configure my speaker ? Thank you,

Hi, I did setup the speakers to the new Arc and Sub 4 today but the sound do lag, then the sound disappears a bit and then back again within seconds the whole time.They are connected to 2,4 GHz 100/100 WiFi with full signal (sub also, only arc with cable), approx 5 meter from router.What did I do wrong?

Hello! I want to create this setup.  2 amps,  a pair of in-wall speakers, a pair of ceiling speakers, Apple TV, and a projector. What is the correct way to connect the amps to the Apple TV and to the projector. I’m trying to figure out what cables to have and exactly how to connect it all. Thanks!

I bought this at the store to plug into my tv...the guy that took this to my car for me said I need a receiver to make this work with tv...is that right?  Where do I get the receiver?

Ultra not recognizing bass and surrounds 

Since the rollout in May, I have consistently had problems switching radio stations using the phone app.About 80% of my listening is on about five radio stations. The rest Spotify, Sirius, etc. When changing from NPR to say, WXPN, it may take several minutes to get it to "catch" and make the switch. Thoughts?

Setting up surround with Arc and 2 Era 100s. Arc and first Era speaker were found, configured updated and added to the room. 2nd Era speaker hung up during the update step (error1000).spent 4 hours on the phone with support( yes…4 hours) still can’t add the brand new speaker… was supposed to be contacted by a more advance level 2 support tech but day 3 and nothing…suggestions?  Return for refund?  Thanks in advance…

I am trying to set up my new speaker, Beam gen2 and it will not connect to the internet. I get to the setup stage where it asks for the password to the network and then fails after typing in the password saying it is unable to connect. I have tried using a wired connection directly to the router and it gives the same error. I have a Netgear R6700AX router and have split the SSIDs into a 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. The device I am using to set up the speaker is also connected to the 2.4 network. I have tried connecting both with and without password security on the network. Have previously used a Sonos speaker with a wired connection (Play3) with no issues at my former apartment without issues but that speaker will not work in my house either. It is the same ISP but that has been the only change so I assume that is the issue. Talked with Sonos support for about an hour yesterday without any progress. Any suggestions or am I just stuck with a useless speaker? What to ask the ISP?

I am not able to connect to Sonos speakers from Spotify. This has worked fine for many years before. I have tested on IOS, Pixel Tablet and Samsung android. Tried to log in and out. AirPlay works fine. Other users work fine. Suggestions on what I should do?

I wanted to get this issue in as a fix request. I see another user posted the same issue, but it was “closed for further comments” In short, I have 2 separate systems; home and business. Every day when I come home or arrive at work, the app will say “system not found. Connect to local system”. It’s a pain, but even more than that, and it wasn’t mentioned in the other post, is that I actually have to log in with email and password every time to get all the features. And when I log in with my personal email at home, it connects both systems to my personal email. So that when I get to work, I have to log in with my work email, and it connects both to that email. Please make it easy and seemless to switch between multiple systems again

I Had a Beam connected by HDMI cable playing sound of TV. I added a new equipment, a Move 2 and the TV is not playing in the Move2. Both are in the same group. Only by Spotify I did it.

I have two amps connected you can play on both individually but cant link them to play together? 

Recently unplugged and replugged in my Sonos ARC and do not have sound.    Please help
