Lots of complaining on this forum that SONOS gives zero s***s about of course. 

The fact is SONOS ripped us off.

And it's frustrating to be ripped off.

I will be never give SONOS another dollar. That's my only revenge. The CEOs are laughing all the way to their beach houses and Italian villas. ... .

But they ripped us all off

All? I don’t feel ripped off. I just finished watching Furiosa on my Arc Ultra setup and it sounded fantastic. My 17 Sonos devices have been working great.
