Are Sonos Voice Services available in Spanish (Spain) for Roam 2?

How can i connect a dj mixer to sonos move? What do i need? 

I’ve noticed the last few months that my Sonos system is lagging big time. I press pause or skip and it can take a full minute before the system will respond and actually pause or skip the song. It also no longer displays the song playing on my Lock Screen. I’ve tried re-starting the system, but that hasn’t helped. Also, my Wifi signal is very strong. Any ideas?

I am trying/hoping to set up a new Arc Ultra on a Samsung TV, so the TV remote operates the TV volume automatically.  The Samsung TV is a bit older, so it does not have an ARC HDMI port.  So I purchased the optical adapter to set up the Arc.  I switched to “external speakers” on the TV, but the TV remote volume is not talking to the Arc.  Is there anything that can be done about this?  I don’t want to have to use the app to control the volume. Is there a stand alone remote I can purchase or is there something else I can look into that would make the TV and the Arc work together?

I have 2 play 3s set up as a stereo pair with a gen 2 sub (grouped as “office”). When I play music directly to the play 3s they work fine. If I add groups from the play 3s it works. If I start music in another group and try to add the play 3s (office), only the sub works. Have tried deleting and re-adding several times, firmware is up to date. Using Eero router with a mesh node in the office. System is set up via wifi.

Hello everyone,Recently I had an issue with my Sonos One. I had « vibration » sound.I opened the Sonos and I found at the back of it this little thing was not fixed anymore (compare to my other one Sonos). That’s why I had this « vibration sound ».  I fixed it with some glue but I don’t think it’s the best solution. I would like to buy this little piece but I don’t know the name of it. And where to find it? AliExpress?Thanks! 

My beam is all connected to new RV, in Arc port, app up to date and connected, showing as tv on app but still no sound ? Double checked everything done as should . What’s happening ?

Just purchase a $5,000 entertainment system. When I try to access mny Sirius account thru Sonos the channels are all greyed over. I see several threads have been opened re this issue so I know I am not alone. What is really bothering me is Sonos enginers blame Sirius & vice versa! Also, it appears this issue has been brought to Sonos attention quite some time ago… Shame on you Sonos for not resolving an issue so many customers have brought to ligh!!!!!!!

Is anyone else having issues having to unplug/ reboot there entire system every time you use Sonos mine too the set is echoing a speeker is behind, after unplugging it and restarting it it’s fine for about a half hour then same issue, tried having music through the whole house for holding gatherings and it was cutting in and out making silence very awkward. I was just ready to order another set with there holiday sale but decided not to purchase anything else from them. Sad I really use to like this system. 

Just a tip in case your downgrade to S1 fails during detection of your Sonos device in the S2 app after starting the downgrade process.In my case I did the downgrade via my Android phone which was connected to my 5Ghz WiFi. I had to switch my phone to 2.4Ghz WiFi first and then start the downgrade.

Auf ARD empfange ich den Ton als StereoPCM, auf ZDF als Dolby2.0. Die Lautstärke ist doppelt so hoch - die Qualität verständlich. ARD kommt sehr leise und oft schwer verständlich. Wie bekomme ich Dolby 2.0 auf ARD?  

My sonos beam does not show in the sonos app. I have tried resetting. Factory reset.  Unplugging router ect 

Can any of the Sonos portable speakers work with the Ultra soundbar to create surround sound? Unfortunately I don’t have any available power sockets for fixed rear speakers.

Hi Everyone,i just picked up a Sonos ARC and i have a Samsung Qn90a which does has a earc port but this is breaking my head. I have Direct tv to a HDMI port on my tv & sonos ARC to my tv using earc port and i have really bad lip sync on the tv if i enable Dolby audio on direct tv box.  If I go from Direct to Sonos with Dolby audio enabled the lip sync is gone but I lose all audio from the internal apps on tv, disney, hulu, netflix and what not. If I use the 4K Arcana to use on my direct tv box can i still get audio from my internal apps on the tv? 

Hi!(Sorry I meant Beam gen 2, but I think I can’t edit that anymore)I believe this feature was never there or added back somewhere middle of the 2024?Does it work today and does it support Dolby Atmos when watching movies?Also do you need iPhone to set it up or Android is also ok?One more thing - it doesn’t try to mimic your (limited) home setup, right? I mean if you don’t have height or rear speakers, then it’ll still to mimic 360 degrees? (As well as headphones physically can mimic that)

I’m unable to connect to any Sonos devices in my house.  The console on my Mac gives the following errors:“### Ignoring device found without pairing ID: 61856318877894, 'Sonos Arc System'”, “APSAudioFormatDescriptionCreateWithCMFormatDescription:289: got error -6735/0xFFFFE5B1 kUnsupportedErr”,“ptpClock_GetSynchronizedNetworkTime:560: false condition”, “BAE [0x549B]  [0xA87D] ### APSNetworkClockConvertUpTicksToNetworkTime returned an error: -71974 for anchorTimeHostTime = 125263.270, anchorTimeHostTimeTicks = 3006318482364”,.The one that concerns me is the one about the pairing id.   Is anyone else getting that message?  It appears that the lack of a pairing id is what’s preventing any of my Sonos devices from receiving Airplay(2) streams. I have the streams set to ALAC, 24 bit, 48kHz, is that compatible with Arc?

Can anyone confirm if the Port has an optic in connection please? Trying to connect a Novafidelity X12 (Cocktail audio) streamer to Sonos. Thanks in advance. 

Songs randomly change, mid-song, on Sirius XM, and change to another. It just happened again:  Led Zeppelin song was playing, stopped, and Stephen Still’s song starts playing, until its completion. I can’t discern a pattern, but it happens many times a day. Can’t determine if it’s Sirius XM or Amp. Anyone else experienced this? Thx

Hi, Ik ben onlangs verhuisd en heb 2 sonos one’s achter bank met 1 beam onder me tv.Alles is aangesloten, maar er komt alleen geluid uit de beam. Maar als ik via mijn telefoon spotify verbind dan doet wel alles het.. ik kom er maar niet uit. 

Sonos people...how can you exist as a brand, company, whatever? Really. Is it because of the marketing??How the f is possible that in 31 December 2024 to have the same issue with "need to login as system owner" error???? When this error was brought up by several customers for months already.How can you not give a single s**t about your products? Absolutely insane. What do you work? What exactly have sonos employees done for months, if today a user can encounter the same stupid error??? You products cost a hell lot of money...and after we receive the products we look like clowns trying to do BASIC AND SIMPLE things with your dumb products. Absolutely unbelievable.How the f can we get rid of this error? We tried everything. Unistalled the app, reinstall the app, reset the speakers. What the hell is going on? Noone from sonos is using the products???And how can a SPEAKER in 2024 not have the most trivial and basic feature...BLUETOOTH?!?! It is insane...no ot

I have two systems which include the Arc, sub, One SL’s, and a Sony tv. One system allows me to controll the tv of course and Arc music without the tv on. The other doesn’t allow me to control the arc without tv when listening to music. Both TV’s  /remotes are set to the same settings. Can’t figure out why. I can use my phone only to control arc music volume on the one system when not watching tv. Settings on both TV’s for remote say via HDMI…not Bluetooth. Any suggestions? 

 I have a very irregular listening space and currently use 3 ERA 100s and a sub mini. This config is for MUSIC ONLY. I have a Beam Gen 2 in a bedroom for TV audio only. Because of the weird room(s) dynamics I have the 100s positioned 20 feet apart in a triangle formation for a listening area of 770 sq feet. I like the sound of the 100s but just ordered a pair of 300s. 20 feet apart is not ideal for stereo pairing and need to know how badly this will affect Stereo pairing the 300s. They (300s) apparently have better “features” and capacity for more “spacial” sound delivery.  I plan to use the 300s as the “main” speakers with either 1, 2 or 3 100s placed in more “obscure/strategic" locations in the listening space. If I do not pair the 300s how will this affect sound delivery in 770 sq feet of listening area with weird room angles and a 5 foot wide floor to ceiling (open space) wall within the listening area? I listen to Atmos and non-atmos tracks and still hoping

I have 8+ Sonos amps (white), for over a year I have suffered through interruption and stoppage of the music. I have been diagnosed by the highest level support (Atom). And the best response I was given was memory is failing and you need to buy new hardware. It is a significant investment, and hard to believe this is the best solution Sonos can provide. With that said my setup is such that I can’t easily switch to an alternative so I tried to use the discount code provided….and guess what the coupon didn’t work!!!
