Sonos app not connecting on Apple iPhone tried everything on the book!!! Still no getter after 3 months or more

When you open the Sonos app on your iPhone, do you see an error message that says “No products found” or “Unable to connect”, or does the Sonos app not open at all? If you’re seeing an error, then I’d recommend following the steps in this support article.
If the app doesn’t open all, then please make sure your iPhone meets our app requirements and you’ve enabled the relevant app permissions in your iPhone’s settings. Also, if you use a different controller, such as the Desktop or Mac controller, are you able to connect to your system?
