Hi Team:Issue Description:go to Sonos App => Amazon Music => My Music => Albums, you will see nothing there, even though I have 7 albums in my Amazon Music library, but I cant see any of those albums in Sonos.Same happens to “Artists”, but no issue for “Playlists”.I attached some screenshots for your reference, could you help to check if this is Amazon issue or Sonos ? Thanks

Can anyone advise on this please? I have a lot of Sonos components - two Connect:Amps, 4 Play 1s and 3 Play 3s. Everything is running on Sonos S1 as most of them won’t support S2, and all my music files (about 50,000) live on a 10 year old Buffalo Linkststion Duo LS-WXL NAS The NAS also has video and movie files that are accessed by the various TVs around the house The whole home network is wired so nothing, including the Sonos, is wireless (except for iPads etc). It looks like my NAS is failing - I’m still working out if it’s a failed drive which would be easy to replace or if it’s the whole unit. If it’s the whole unit that needs replacing then I can do that but my question for anyone here is, what replacement NAS do it get? I need it to run with Sonos S1 or I’d have to replace my entire and expensive Sonos system, which I don’t want to do as there’s nothing wrong with it. Im not en expert in these things but I gather there may be an issue with SMB versions with a new NAS and Sonos S

I have Sonos for PC version 17.2.1 and Windows 11 24H2.  Sonos components 1 Boost, 1 Connect Amp, 1 Play 3 and 2 Play1'sBoth the Sonos app on iOS and Android work perfectly. My Issue is:If I open the PC Sonos app while my antivirus is running it immediately shuts itself down. I can open Sonos app before I load the antivirus software and it works perfectly, if I keep it open it works OK even after the antivirus is loaded and running, but if I close it I can’t reopen it again without shutting down the antivirus.I have made sure that both Sonos.exe and Library Services are allowed through the firewall. It is running on a private network.I have tested the issue with the following antivirus systems:  Bitdefender (my preferred), Norton, Malwarebytes and Windows Defender.  All produced exactly the same issue.Does anyone have any suggestions?Tony

Hello, For the first Time, Qobuz is not avaible in my SONOS S1 , on IOS , IPADOS and Mac OS , I changed nothing , my internet is OK, I can use Spotify and others on Sonos S1 , there’s just a message trying Qobuz on SONOS « communication not possible » I still can listen Music on Qobuz application but not possible to send next on AirPlay 2 on Sonos devices I close Sonos application, try to reload Qobuz rights on Sonos S1 , but still not working.  Is there a technical problème between Qobuz and Sonos since Yesterday ? Thanks 

When I want to use the line input (I have the A2D USB-C adapter) on my Era 300 to play my turntable or cassette deck, the speaker doesn't detect that I've switched from streaming and am now using the line input. It doesn't happen automatically. I have to manually unplug & reinsert the line in before the speaker switches over which is, tbh, incredibly annoying. Is there a way to switch sources over in the app? Or is there a voice command? I can't find an option anywhere which seems crazy. Having to reach around to the back of the speaker and fiddle with the 3.5mm jack is really frustrating. I can't believe there's not an easier way on an AUD$750.00 speaker.

I’ve been having serious problems with Pocket Casts ever since the major Sonos app overhaul. I’m finding that “New Releases” under PocketCasts often does not load properly. At this point, I can force it to load by tapping “Try again” after that appears and that will manually load the podcasts. I have a shortcut on my homescreen for PocketCasts New Releases and pretty much every time I open the app that will say unable to load. If I remove that shortcut, reauthorize PocketCasts and add it again, often it will appear but then it doesn’t update and soon shows the “Unable to load” status again. SONOS don't seem to care that their app is awful - I'm spoken to their tech guys and changed wifi settings, which has reduced range and functions on some other items - it's still awful. It's worked properly for maybe a month in total solid since I brought my system (2xEra 300, 1 x Era 100) last February. Given that it requires the app so heavily it is not fit for purpose under the consumer rights act in the UK and I'm going to be returning all of mine. Any suggestions on something is similar quality but less crap? I’m thinking BOSE. The SONOS sound quality is good, but it’s not worth it not working 90% of the time.

I have 2 x Era 300 - sound great and no problems when they work.   I have my turntable connected via BT and also my PC using the wifi from spotify.  If I play on the turn table I will not then be able to connect from my pc after until I cut power and restart the era’sAny way to stop this?  I just want a seamless swap between if possible.  

I’m looking for advice on where to put two Era 100s for a surround setup. You can see in the image below we have a strange, bi-level house. The TV, beam (gen 2), and the sub-mini are on the right side of the image below. The common TV viewing points are the sectional and the kitchen table and this setup would be used for movies, TV shows, sports, and music. There’s a railing right behind the sectional where the stairs are and the back wall is about 6.5 feet behind the couch. I’m considering either mounting the era 100s to the railing posts (this wouldn’t look very clean), adding a skinny table behind the sectional for the era 100s, or running some outlets up the back wall and mounting the era 100s to the wall (this feels like the rear speakers would be too far away and might lose sound to the basement). Does anyone have any better ideas or any thoughts on the existing ideas? Any advice would be much appreciated. 

I recently purchased a Marantz 7725 2 channel power amp to drive my LR mini towers. To simplify and automate the system for my wife, I intentionally chose an amp that had a 12VDC trigger input. I am building a new space.  I plan on having an Arc Ultra under the TV and a pair of 8” in ceiling speakers slightly behind the viewing couch. I also plan on dual sub 4s.  Is it better to have them up front on either side of the TV, or on either side of the couch, or behind the couch on either side?  As I need to plan outlet placement and some other features in advance, I can’t test this out after the room is built.
