Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

When I select Manage → Add Radio Station, I enter the radio station’s URL and give it a name.  I’ve done this several times and I cannot find the radio station afterwards!  I’ve read elsewhere that it should be in “My Radio Stations”.  Unable to find My Radio Stations.  Also unable to find radio stations after adding by searching.  I just added one and gave it a unique name AAAAA, and still cannot find it!Where are these radio stations?  

I can't conect to my favourite tune-in station anymore "EPIC LOUNGE - restaurant Lounge". Is the radio station gone offline? or is is just my problem?

Have been enjoying a stereo pair of Sonos Play 5 Gen 1 speakers with Sonos Sub Gen 2 on S1 app. I thought these are excellent and very happy with it. Then I read about the superiority of Sonos Five. I must admit I should have done more research but thinking Sonos gear will price increase so I bought a pair of Sonos Five after 30% upgrade discount. Arrived this morning and in no time I have set up both Sonos Five as stereo pair and included the Sub. Had to upgrade firmware along the way but no issues whatsoever. Have no trueplay as I have a S25 Ultra.I listened to smooth jazz the whole day and I cannot say this setup is any better than my previous one. I would say its the same. I am actually quiet dissapointed. Could it be this new setup requires trueplay unlike my previous setup? As for placement, I simply remove my Play 5 and replace it with Five. The Sub placement the same.   

Im considering adding the Sonos noise cancelling headphones to my setup - mostly for me to listen to music but there are times when I want to watch TV and my wife doesnt want to listen !Can the headphones be used just in noise cancelling mode ? So no music - just nice and quiet ?

When using the Sonos app connected to audible there is a chapter selection screen that allows you to choose any chapter in the book. Unfortunately, when you click the play button next to a chapter, it appears to work but then playback just continues from wherever you were last listening.  This is incredibly frustrating when you want to listen to a book again. If it's a 30 chapter book and you were last on chapter 15 then you have no way of restarting the book apart from either pressing previous chapter 15 times, or pressing next chapter 15 times and then fast forwarding to the end of the last chapter. Even this would be ok if chapter selection was quick, but if you press back 15 times then it will go back one chapter at a time, play a tiny bit of a chapter and then skip back another chapter. Obviously you're going to get impatient doing this, so you end up pressing back 20 times, this then gets you to the first chapter eventually and then carries on restarting chapter 1 another 5 times

I keep on getting an error message looking for network every time I log on to SonosI have upgraded all my Sonos speakers to 300 and 100s I am running are  a ubiquiti System from a virgin media set in mode mode running through my own router through a POE switch then to my 3 APU all the speakers are Wi-Fi  the message reads your system cannot be found on network update network  So then you’ve got to keep on repeating and putting in the speakers very annoying  so please can someone help me if you have had this problem yourself?

Hi, I have five Sonos speakers in the house, 2 in the lounge, 2 in the kitchen and one portable one. At any given time some or all of them disappear from the Sonos App and cannot be found from an iPhone connected to the same WiFi network.  Right now I am typing this on my iPhone and I can see all the speakers in the Sonos app. My wife sat next to me, connected to the same WiFi, and she can see none of them. Sometimes it’s the other way around. Sometimes we can see a couple of the speakers and not the others.  Any ideas?  Chris

Have I missed something during the setup, if you put any pressure on the front the unit tips forward. Just thinking that my adventuring cat could fairliy easily tip the unit & either fall on to the floor or worst fall on her, wall mounting is not an option.

My sub mini EQ keeps resetting to zero several times a day. May las a couple of hours, but eventualy resets to zero.

Just adding this thread to see if a solution has been found. As Im sure many others have experienced, in my Sonos app, not all songs in my playlists are available to play. Many songs are greyed out.  Lets get some urgency behind this problem and find a solution!’

I am trying to do an outdoor set up for a projector. The equipment id like to use is:projectorscreenroku stickMove2 x 2Roam2 x 2 i cannot get the projector or Roku to connect to Sonos system. I purchased the amp, thinking that would solve the problem, alone with an hdmi audio extractor, but the audio still played through the projector.  Any tips??  

I have a Denon AV receiver with fabulous L & R wired front speakers. I also have a spare SONOS Beam. I want to combine the existing Denon L & R front speakers with the Beam, and two new SONOS Era 100’s for the rears and a subwoofer. Is this possible? If so, is there a schematic posted somewhere of how to do it? Thx…

Hello, I’m interested in using these components in my living room.What’s the best way to hook them up?I’m assuming it would look something like Apple TV > HDMI > Frame TV Connection Box > arc HDMI > Sonos Beam … but then what? Would the Beam and Amp be able to somehow sync wirelessly over WiFi?I’m new to Sonos, so I apologize if this is a dumb question 😂Thank you in advance for any advice!  

Can't get my phones Bluetooth to connect to my sonos ultra soundbar. Followed the instructions and can't find the device or connect to it why?

Okay, I bought a Beam Gen 2, 2 era100s to be used as surrounds and a Sub Mini. I set it up under my wife’s account using our wi-fi system. So, I go to Setting> your system, products & it shows the Beam, Era 100 Left surround, Era 100 Right surround and a sub mini. If I watch something in Tubi which I know is only in stereo in the Sonos app TV HDMI it shows Dolby Atmos. Same with YT. And there are no sounds from the surrounds but when I do True Play they play a sound. Have I got something set up wrong here?

I have an S1 system (a couple of old Play:5 devices) and an S2 system (with 6 zones, including a Sonos Amp).  The Amp and most other S2 devices are using wireless.Things generally work well, but the Amp has started to be troublesome.  It appears in the Sonos App on my iPhone/iPad devices, then disappears.  When it’s there, if I try to play anything (local library, Spotify, BBC Sounds), there’s a delay and I then get a message saying “The connection timed out”.I’ve rebooted it (including leaving power off for 24 hours) but no change.Using a port scanner (ports 1-1400), I am told ports 1400, 1410, 1443, 1843 are open.  I’m not aware of any others than should be - shout if there are any others I should check.Pointing a browser at  http://10.1.1.117:1400/status  I get a handful of links - enetports, wireless, zp, ifconfig etc.Most links provide (on cursory examination) valid data.  However, using ifstatus I’m told the connection has timed out.  I’m puzzled by this as ifstatus should just t

Since the Arc Ultra has slightly elevated dialogue with speech enhancement off, I propose adding a speech enhancement category called “true mix” or “enhanced mix” in which the volume of the left and right channel audio matches the real-life mix. Or lower the speech and surround volume to match l-r channel volume.  Leave the other speech enhancements in their current form so if people like them they can still use them as is. 

Is there a way to make night sound come on a timer?Like make the surround sound speakers turn off, turn the base down, and really amp up speach enhancement.  

We primarily used Sonos to play our own very large music library, saved on our mac.  Last year, we suffered the same fate as everyone else, ie the music library was unavailable after the update.  There are no good tech people in our household, so alot of the workarounds are left to me to stumble through the suggestions online.  I tried some, to no avail. I have pretty much ignored the issue for the last year, but it’s been long enough that I’m hoping the problem has been fixed and that there is a semi-easy fix to get our music library playing again.  Googling the issue brings up thousands of threads from over the last 12+ months, but rather than reading a year of dialogue (alot of which clearly pre-dates any fix), i’m hoping someone can cut to the chase:  Did sonos fix this?  If they fixed it, can someone walk me through the fix on a mac? I am a long time Spotify user with a house full of Sonos. I love the UI of Spotify and the music discovery ability. I also love that I can play from the Spotify app to my Sonos system at the same quality as via the Sonos app. HOWEVER, I am getting very frustrated with the lack of hi res audio on Spotify.I have been testing Spotify vs. Amazon Music and to me the difference is obvious. (And Atmos mixes when done right are very cool.) I would consider switching to Amazon Music or Apple Music or Tidal for the high res audio, but in order to get the highest resolution to stream, it needs to be played via the Sonos app. That's fine if I know exactly what I want to listen to, but that's not often my process. I cannot stand using the Sonos app for music browsing. It just doesn't do it well. I have no problems using the Sonos app for speaker configurations, etc., but it's jut not built for music discovery.Is there any high res service out there that will stream full resolution audio to Sonos di

Two mobiles, two users, two Sonos App installations, one ERA 100. I have a Qobuz Duo account and would like one Qobuz user account on one mobile (iPhone) and mine (the ‘System Owner’) on the other (Android) Can’t seem to achieve this as the Sonos app only recognises one Qubuz account - am I missing something?

Hi everyone,I’ve extended my WiFi with a new node on a Starlink network. Since then 2 of my Sonos look online, are connected and show that they are playing but nothing is happening. As soon as I restart the node, they reconnect to the original WiFi antenna and start playing music normally.the new antenna works perfectly with other devices. any ideas?
