Beam 2 initial TruPlay tone absent

After downloading the newest software update this past week, I tried TruPlay again and the initial test tone from my main seating position is no longer there with Beam 2. It only has the room walking calibration method. Called tech support and they are now aware this is the case on iOS iPhone. Anyone else have this problem? I have latest iOS on Iphone 17 Pro Max. The initial test tone used to work and still works with new software update on my Arc Ultra.

Yes, but I thought I’d post it here also. If that is not acceptable, let me know. Thought maybe someone that follows this thread might have run into the same problem. Thanks

Usually best to have your own thread for your own problem. Maybe add links to your's in similar topics if something in your's applies there. Same in your topic, link to pertinent info in other topics.

Duplicates are counterproductive and often locked by moderators.

Why post same issue twice?

Just forum clutter, admins will probably remove one thread.

Just forum clutter, admins will probably remove one thread.

That would be censorship, which they don’t do other than in exceptional circumstances. They may note one as a duplicate, and lock that one from further comments. But they don’t remove them.
