Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

Hi all, novice here.  today added two Era 100s to by Beam gen 2. The Beam is currently connected to my LG oled via the hdmi arc.  I’ve completed the set up via my Sonos app to add the two Eras to my system as surround, all looks well. However, I cannot hear any sound from them. I’ve tried multiple different Atmos programs, as well as Youtube TV running in 5.1- confirmed via Now Playing screen of the app. Ive noticed that my two Eras are not showing connected to my Xfinity WiFi (via Xfinity app), could this be the issue? Does anyone know why I am unable to connect my Sonas One to EE hub3 please? After a factory reboot / refresh/ ethernet connection - my Sonas One isn't seeing the EE Hub 3

I have done everything in my power to try and get my sub to connect to my network but the app keeps saying sub “not connected” I am at a loss and don’t know what to do anymore I have tried everything that they say to try

Sonos app is crashing. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have a Sonos Arc w/ 2 x Era 300 (surround) connected to a Sony Bravia 9 (2024) TV.  When changing channels (Verizon FiOS) I occasionally get a popping sound.  I know there was a previous issue that they say has been fixed - I’m thinking there is a new issue.  I updated to the lates software, removed the 2 x 300 Era’s - and have rebooted the FiOS cable box / TV … the sound remains.  I’ve submitted several logs - but they have not found anything…Anyone else having Arc popping issues?  Sony - 85" Class BRAVIA 9 Mini LED QLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV (2024)  

My sone has a Sonos one in his bedroom. We have recently moved to a new home and I have transferred our Sonos system to the new location. My son’s Sonos One has developed an alarm that goes off every morning at 7.00am every day of the week. I have reset his one to factory settings 3 times and reset the unit but each time it still alarms every morning at 7.00am. My sone doesn’t use it any more because it wakes him up every day. A waste of money in my view. I have asked the Sonos voice to help eliminate the alarm however it tells me me there are no alarms set???? I can assure Sonos there is an alarm every morning that we can’t eliminate? can any body  help with this annoying bug please?

I have error 1002 when trying to add a music libary to sonos app, Via Windows PCIs this still not working / available? Cheers matt 

I now have sometime to update and resolve Sonos product connectivity and performance issues. To date the Arc model S19 has been the main TV speaker but the paired SL1 as surround speakers dropped out of the network sometime ago. Plus I am introducing a Sub3. So in the last 10 frustrating hours I have performed factory resets on every device multiple times. Variously the Sonos App running on an iPhone16 will discover some but not all of the devices individually. But it doesn’t do this consistently to allow me to complete my system or living room setup. Currently I have two systems visible Sonos1 with the Arc in it and another system with the x2 SL’s in it (god alone knows how) I have found no way to delete the Sonos1 system in the hope that a further cycle of product discovery will allow all devices to be added to the Singular system and single room I want to retain. Hi, hope someone can help. I have a Samsung Qe75900tstxxu  tv with earc port. I have just purchased the Arc ultra and have connected them through the earc port. The problem I am having is that I'm not getting any Dolby Atmos sound output from the arc, even when I'm playing an atmos enabled film like The Tomorrow War on Amazon Prime. Any advice please?

I have two One SL’s and I want to connect a turntable to them.  I was thinking to get a Move 2 or Era 100 with a in-line adapter.  All the speakers would be in the same room. Does anyone have this setup and could share the experience?  Is there any delay between the speakers?

I have an existing Sonos system. In the living room it has a Sonos ARC, Sub 3, and two One SL speakers.Office has a Sonos ERA 300. Just got a Victrola Stream onyx turntable.  I used the Victrola app (per the instructions in the new box) to attempt to set up the new turntable.  I was successful at linking it to my network through the Victrola app.  It did not give me any options I could find to add it to my existing sonos system in the Victrola app.  I went over to my Sonos app to attempt to add the Victrola Stream onyx to my sonos system.  The sonos app could not find the Victrola Stream Onyx.  I did a factory reset on the Victrola Stream Onyx.  The Sonos app still cannot locate the new Victrola Stream Onyx after the factory reset.  I have unplugged and plugged back in the Victrola Stream Onyx in addition to the factory reset and still no success with the sonos app finding the new Victrola Stream onyx.  Any ideas?

I have had to factory reset my Sonos playbase to get it back on the network.  Since that moment I have been unable to pair the LG magic remote with the playbase.I have been through many posts which explain how to do this, and have tried every combination of instructions use the LG device connector, choosing Philips as the make as Sonos does not appear.  I have followed the post that describes using the Sonos app with ‘replace remote’, but this does not appear on my version (iphone) of the app.  That post seems to be from several years ago.Does anyone have any ideas?  The LG tv is a 2016 OLED. Derek Clements

I recently bought a couple CR200s. I added them using a wired ZP80. They are now working on the system. My concern is that I cannot see them showing up on sonos.com or the S1 app. This limits me because I wanted to take advantage of the upgrade discount they would have. How can I make them show up in my sonos.com system/upgrade page if I have already added them to my system and they are working correctly?

I have 2 Sonos Play1 Tone devices that I moved today. The paint surface was sticky which I thought strange and tried to clean …. The paint has seriously degraded on both devices to the point where touching them results in a sticky deposit on ones fingers. Is this a known issue or specific to the models I have? Thanks 

I just purchased a Sonos Ace headphone set and cannot get it to connect with the app.  I already have many Sonos products including Playbar, Play:3, Play:5 and a Connect.  All of these I have to control through the Sonos S1 App on my phone.  If I go to the “new” Sonos app, it’s like it’s not compatible with ANY of my old sonos equipment.  And when I try to add my Sonos Ace it says it can’t find them.  If I try to connect the new app with my existing system, it says all of my equipment must be controlled by the S1 app… which can not connect with my headphones.  What gives?

After some time without use, being over the disconnected base the Sonos Move 2 doesn’t react when I connect the baseConnected directly with the USB cable to the charger the only reaction is Intermittently (every 10 seconds) on the front of the Move a white light comes on at the top and a red light at the bottomThen I tried a factory reset by pressing the bluetooth button and connecting again the USB cable, but it goes on Intermittently (every 10 seconds) on the front of the Move 2 a white light comes on at the top and a red light at the bottom.

I have 5 amps (one current generation) and one old soundbar, since the App major update, I have not been able group them. I get the “Unable to Connect”.For a brief period, I did have one update for all the units and it worked for a very short period. Then it failed again for months. Since 3 units are in one open area, it is very important to be able to group them. I tried power cycling all the units, no luck. They are all upto date for the software.  If it prolongs much longer, it would have to replace all the until with alternatives.  And not get any additional Sonos in the other rooms.

Just set up arc ultra and two era 300’s.When i play music from dedicated tidal app on a sony google tv, the surrounds do not work.I do not have this issue when using the android tidal app from my phone, the surrounds work fine. Is this normal or is there anything I can do?

Router and WiFi name and password changed. Cannot connect system.

My sonos 5 blinks green and when I try to update it it pop up error 30

My settings 1. TV - C3 LG TV2. pass-through has been turned on.3. eARC enable.  4. “Dolby digital plus” has been selected from DTV Audio settings.  I can not play the Netflix’s Dolby atmos contents. Always displaying as “Dolby Multichannel PCM 2.0” even though I have selected the pass-through in my digital sound output. And I can not see the audio in: in my Sonos app >  about my system page while the sound in playing in ARC ultra. Could you please somebody help me here.
