Ever since I set up my speakers...first my Symfonisk pair, then Sonos Roam pair, and most recently a Sub Mini, they all randomly turn on and off. One minute my Right Symfonisk turns off...30 seconds later it’s back on. The Sub Mini (paired with Symfonisks) is on one minute, then off and I can’t get it back on. Turn the volume up and down and sometimes it will turn back on. What’s the deal?

Also, my Sub Mini will work with the Sonos App, but not when I play straight from Airplay/Apple Music.

What do you mean by “turn off”? Do the speakers stop playing? What’s does the app show when this is happening?

Sorry, they don’t turn off…they stop playing. They’re powered on but audio cuts out randomly for awhile and comes back on. And with the Sub, it’s a complete roll of the dice as to whether it comes on or not. Great WiFi signal, the speakers are all close to each other, and the phone/computer is close by as well.

Sounds like a potential IP address conflict. You could try assigning each speaker a fixed/static IP address in your router’s settings. Then your speakers and router off, turning them back on - router first, let it fully reboot, then your speakers in turn.

There’s a slightly easier way to do that, albeit more temporary. Unplug all your Sonos devices from power. Reboot your router. Wait two minutes, then plug back in all Sonos devices.

@Rhonny’s solution is more permanent, though. Just requires a bit more knowledge, and research in the router’s manual on how to do it.

I’ll try it out...thanks!

Yep, that seemed to do it, @Airgetlam! Thanks for the save.

Then I’d recommend, at your leisure, following @Rhonny ‘s suggestion. It took me about 5 or 10 minutes to figure out how to do it on my router, but once I understood, it turned out to be pretty easy. And tends to avoid issues in the future, if the router gets in a weird state again.
