How do I adjust delay on speakers
Please provide the box size and total weight for. Gen3 and Era 100. I would like to calculate the global shipping cost thanks!
Currently have a beam g2 and want to add a pair of era 100. How would it sound if I place the era's 10 inches on each side the beam g2 facing forward. Want to avoid adding speaker stands and wall mounting is a no go due to room layout. Open to suggestions, thanks
Hi there! I have 3 units of the sonos play 5 gen 1 that will not connect to my s1 sonos app. I’ve followed the troubleshooting steps and nothing. Does anyone know the best next move here?
Hello! Could you guys help me I have the 300 as sorrounds But I feel like it doesn't sound they way is supposed to sound. I don't know if I have to do something with the settings. I'm in a room I don't know if the 300 it's too much.
Hi. I had my Sonos Beam and 2 Ones set up as rears for 5.1. All devices were on wifi. Worked flawlessly for months. Then started getting random crackle on one rear speaker usually on bass noise but was intermittent and could not always be reproduced when playing the same source. Sent diagnostics to support and they I had wifi interference and suggested connecting the Beam directly to the router and then the Ones would connect to the Beams own network. I’ve done this but the rear Ones are still connecting to home router wifi and not the Beams Sonosnet. Can I force them to connect? In the system info, rears show as WM3 which I think means aren’t connected to the Beam. Any suggestions please? Thanks.
Has anyone done this upgrade and feel that it was worth it? Normally keep the living room at 50 to 70% of volume. How do the era 100 handle low volume compared to the play one? I'm not worried about television which I don't watch. Living room is the only room sometimes I think the sound is a little bit thin.
Ughh my love hate for Sonos is never ending. I recently purchased a Roam as an addition to my Play:1, One, Play:3, Play:5, and Move. Issues with Roam:Cannot connect to my Play:1. The other systems can connect. I tried via the Move/Play:5. No issues. Roam - “Unable to connect to device” Even if I select “Play everywhere” with Roam as the starting speaker, it still says “Unable to connect to device” and won’t connect to anything. If I select from Roam to my One, no issues. If I select from Move/Play:5 “Play everywhere”, music plays from the Roam device but it does not show up in app. This morning I took the Roam off of the wireless charging dock. The app initially said battery at 15% (it seems to always say this for the first 30 seconds) before eventually saying battery life is 100%. The app also showed music playing on the volume bars, even though nothing was actually playing. I just pick it up from waking up. I have deleted the terrible app and reinstalled it several times (Pixel 6
Good evening all,I have spent the last two days searching through the web hoping to nail down the best way forward, but find myself more confused than when I started 😂We currently have a Playbar, 2x One’s and a Sub set up as a 5.1.We are doing a renovation and have the opportunity to wire in ceiling and/or wall speakers, and wanted to work out the best way of doing so, with a nod to not breaking the bank completely!KitchenWe will have a large kitchen space, probably 12m x 5m for round numbers. Kitchen & island at one end, TV and sofa at the other.Thinking here is 1x Sonos Amp and 6x Sonance ceiling speakers. That would deliver good sound everywhere in the kitchen (although no 5.1 etc) especially for music, but also would work for the TV. Concern is that if the kids were watching TV and the adults were around the island, we’d have the TV blaring down on us. Would an option here be to add an extra Amp and have that drive 2 ceiling (or wall?) Sonance speakers by the TV, and then
I recently moved a One SL into the same living area as I have a Move. When playing through both speakers the One drops in and out regularly. is this related to them playing together and not being compatible as a pair? Or are there other issues I should be trouble shooting have never had a problem with one prior to this.
I have a Connect: Amp S2 and it drops connection every few days. It’s about 10 feet from the Wifi access point. I’ve rebooted it a few times. Thanks for any help.
My Move won’t switch on. It is sitting on its charging base OK, but when I turn the power on and off the orange light on the front comes on then fades out. Any ideas what the issue is ? Thanks in advance.
Do I need internet to pair together two sonos roams? Can I use my wifi hotspot without internet if my ipad and two sonos roams are on the same network? I would play music that is downloaded to the ipad.
Hi Can you help me I keep getting stereo PCM on my sonos system and not Atmos, I have arc, sub and 2 300 speakers, I have LG OLED83C24LA , I am watching via the apps and not via Sky, believe I should be able to get ATMOS I have been advised to go into sound settings, on the TV and set to dd+ turn on e arc, and set to pass through. I dont see how I can do that. All advanced settings in the TV are greyed out when I access the menu. I also don’t understand the term pass through, It wsould be great if someone has a similar set up and can help me to get the settings right on my TV so that I can enjoy the sonos system prefectly - thanks in advance
Hi, so I bought my first Sonos Amp for connecting my patio tv to two speakers. The speakers are wired to the utility room/ closet. The patio has two detected Ethernet wires behind the TV that also goes to the utility room/ closet. I am trying to send only audio from the TV through the Ethernet extender to the utility room/ closet to the Sonos Amp. I already connected my Sonos Amp to the speakers, and they are working great. It won’t be possible to run a long HDMI wire between the patio and the utility room/ closet.First, I tried to run optical from the TV to the extender and on the other side from the extender to the AMP through 1 RCA Male to 2 RCA Male Y Splitter Digital Stereo Audio Cable, but it didn’t work.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G5NQCK7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078Z6MC94/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Next, I tried to run an HDMI cable from the TV to the extender and on the other side fr
As mentioned in a couple of other threads, TuneIn service comes into a new flavor. I have used the ‘My radio stations’ from the beginning for many years now. I have never used the other features of TuneIn and don’t plan to use them in the future.I kindly ask to integrate the ‘My radio stations’ as a native feature of the Sonos S2 application. This way I would not have to subscribe to a service I won’t use in the end. I’m sure I’m not the only user plagued by this unwanted change and this request certainly does not imply a massive redesign of the Sonos application. This feature was the reason I bought a Sonos system. It would be a pity if the future lack of it would be a reason to switch to another manufacturer since I’m otherwise very satisfied with Sonos.
Sonos Power Consumption - Spreadsheet - Final Testing and Analysis ResultsI used a Kill-a-Watt Devices and Tested all my components in all modes. After reading all kinds of posts and insufficient details from Sonos, I have the final word calculated. Enjoy : )CONCLUSIONS:Leave them all on and do as you wish.It would cost me $84 to run my entire system Low Volume 24/7 for a Year.It would cost me $33 to have my entire system Plugged-In Ungrouped Not-Playing for a Year.Hence, selectively stopping, muting, or ungrouping as I "Change Rooms" is a waste of time.UnGrouping is slightly more efficient than Mute. The powerful Play 5 is the largest energy draw, roughly double the other units, at $14 per Year 24/7 Low Volume. The Play 1 is the smallest energy draw, roughly half the average of the other units, at $4.43 per Year 24/7 Low Volume.Spreadsheet with all figures and data for your use.Enjoy - Walt
The recent price drops on some Sonos products tempted me to buy 2 Move in Lunar White. I just cannot be happier that I can use these outdoors through wifi and play stereo music! What is unfortunate and seems to have been a topic discussed (and closed) is using the Move in a stereo pair through bluetooth. That of course would be wonderful if and when we do take them where wifi is not available. The question I have is it possible for a firmware update to enable this function? If it cannot be done then there is no point of futher inquiry, but if it can be at least it would provide some hope that Sonos can address the issue. As the current product, and the revised one apparently not far off, gain popularity and sales support an effort by Sonos a firmware update would be justifiable (if again it is even posisble).
We have a Sonos One that will not connect to the Sonos 2 app on iPhone 13. I have reset the app, factory reset the Sonos One, plugged in an active ethernet connection, Still, during setup in the app, the app simply will not find the device. And, yes, the Sonos One is on the network. Any suggestions on what to do? Sonos Support, by the way, was not at all helpful.
I have a Sub Mini experiencing the exact symptoms reported with the Boost. It was connected to a Beam 1 and 2 Play:1s and working perfectly until yesterday evening. At point of update last night the Beam and Sub Mini were both failing to update to 15.1. I disconnected the devices from each other and the Beam then updated. The Sub Mini is now completely disconnected and shows as ‘unused’ in my devices list. It says it needs to be updated. It won’t complete the update, failing at the ‘Finishing Up’ stage with the update problem and try again message after taking a long time and therefore, because all of the other devices are on 15.1 it won’t join the system and so, my expensive subwoofer now is unusable. When the update does error out, it does also have the blue dot with ‘updating’ next to the Sub Mini in the System Menu but obviously, it never works. I force close the Sonos app and it asks to update again. And yes, I’ve tried rebooting routers, logging out, force close and everything sugg
Can I use two Roams from my phone for a stereo experience?
They are not pairing by blutooth. Any idea how to fix it?Sonos move and Soundburger AT-SB2022.

I’m a now lost ,,this was ment to be an upgrade from my playbar , so far not a pleasant experience, any help advice would be much appreciated, thanks Dave
I have a Sonos ray with optical output. My tv only has hdmi earc input. Where can I buy an adapter?
So we know the side speakers of the Arc fire either front channels or surround channels depending on which rear speaker it is paired with. It would be nice if we can have the option to set how the side firing Arc speaker function regardless of the paired rear speaker. For example, 300 users may want to hear more front channel instead of surround with their Arc or viceversa for 100/One/Five users. I understand this unique behavior of the Arc and 300 is to create a “bubble” but having that option so users can toggle what works best for their ears and home would be a nice to have. What are your thoughts? This, along with option for front hiring on 300 and official support for reverse mounting is on my Christmas wishlist. For now I can only wish.
