Linking Sonos Surround System to Naim Uniti Core
My Naim Uniti Core rips and stores CDs to a high quality. It also functions as an UPnP music server and is wired to the router. I have noticed that the Sonos app shows the option of connecting to such a source. Do I need to wire all the Sonos devices in my Surround System (Beam, Sub and 2 Ones) to the router or just the Beam? Currently none of them are connected to the router as I operate them wirelessly. Alternatively, might it work wirelessly?Any detailed advice would be appreciated as I am a novice at connecting devices.
Anyone else lose all their Imported Playlists after upgrading to macOS Catalina?
FYI my music library resides on an external drive connected to my iMac. No change here. Yesterday, I upgraded to macOS Catalina. Today, my Imported Playlists (from iTunes, now Music) no longer appear in Sonos. Any fix for this?
Spotify won't play on speaker when I leave home
Just got a Sonos One. Speaker plays Spotify great but only when I am home with my iPhone. When I leave my wife can't use it. She has a separate Spotify account on her iPhone. We also have a MacBook Air which also has my Spotify account. What to do? Wife would like to use Sonos One when I'm gone!!!
BBC Radio 2 Disappeared
All the Tunein BBC stations have gone and I especially miss Radio 2. Apparently Sonos know about this but there seems to be no fix at the moment. Does anybody have a solution? I don’t want to have several hundred pounds worth of “super high tech equipment” sitting unable to function as it was intended. Perhaps I’ll just get my 25 year old Denon receiver back into operation - at least I know it works consistently well!
Error Connecting to Spotify Service
When trying to add the Spotify service in the Sonos app I get the message "Error. Unable to add Spotify account." after selecting "Connect to Spotify". I haven't entered any account details at this point. I can send music to my speakers from the Spotify app without a problem (I have a premium account). I have tried re-booting the router as suggested in a topic from a year ago; that doesn't work. Any other ideas?
Amazon Music not working
Amazon Music has stopped working on my Sonos system. I am using iMac and can no longer add tracks to the Sonos app or play from Amazon My Music. I switched to an Orbi wireless modem, and Sonos will stream internet radio stations without problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have already reinstalled the Sonos app to the computer, and rebooted both the wireless modem and the AT&T Gateway.
Unable to connect spotify - activation link failing.
I am trying to link my premium spotify account to sonos, when I click "authorize", I'm being brought to a page where I'm supposed to enter an authorization link code. The page opens with an error "The link code you entered is not valid. Please check the link code and re-enter it below." There is no link code provided either through the app, the page I'm being linked to, or by email. I've tried using the sonos iOS app as well as the desktop version. Clearly I'm missing something here. Any suggestions?

Can't control music on Sonos from iOS Amazon Music app
When casting to a Sonos speaker from the Amazon Music app on my iPhone or iPad, I can't seem to control the music once it starts playing. The app shows that I'm connected to the speaker, but the "now playing" screen in the app doesn't work. I have to connect to the Sonos app to control playback. Is that a known issue and/or something that I can resolve somehow? Thanks!
Cannot Setup Sonos on Xfinity Wifi — Ridiculous
Just switched to Xfinity for better bandwidth and Sonos does not work with their Xfi wireless router cable modem. I cannot even get through the set up. The SONOS wifi network never shows up during set up, have updated everything SW wise. I have like $4K of Sonos gear and can’t use jack shit. Sonos doesnt answer their phone. Is someone going to help here ? My only other option is to sell everything at a huge loss and spend the rest of my life telling this story that is not pretty.
Sonos connects but the App will not play any music
My Sonos app is connecting to the internet and connecting to my home Sonos system, but nothing will play. This is the first time I have ever experienced this problem in 3 years of using Sonos. When I pick an artist or a song on Pandora, Apple Music, or Spotify, the app is displaying one of two options. Option 1 - Add Station to My Sonos - More OR - Remove from My Sonos - More If I select Add Station to My Sonos, and then go to the My Sonos section, the only option available to me is: - Remove from My Sonos What in the world is going on with this App. This happened out of the blue after the system working normally for 3 years. I am connected to my home wifi network, which is connected to sonos, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to play a song. I have tired connecting through the Sonos App, and connecting through the Spotify App, which normally will let you play a song on Sonos within Spotify.
How to "move" a speaker in the iOS app?
I've combed through piles of questions and answers here, but I don't see answers to the seemingly simple issue of moving a speaker from one room to another within the app. My specific situation: I have a Play 5 and a Play 1 in the same physical room (my living room), but they are currently in different "rooms" when viewed in the app. I want both speakers to be in the same physical room and the same "room" within the app. How do I do this? If you're reading this Sonos Team, your onboarding sequence is absolutely maddening. Here's what it looked like for me: 1) Got a Play 5. Got it set up no problem. Woo! 2) Weeks later, I got a Play 1. The plan is to add this speaker to the same physical room as the Play 5. 3) Earlier tonight I unboxed and ran the setup sequence on iOS to add the Play 1. 4) It gets to the point where it asks me to choose a room for the Play 1. I can't remember what room name the Play 5 is assigned to, so I make a guess about which room to add the Play 1 to. (I
