how do i use my ipad mini music library as a source for my sonos system?

Via AirPlay 2, or, more difficult, via a line in on the Sonos, if you have one. I guess AirPlay 2 also requires an AirPlay 2 equipped Sonos device.

Life has been more challenging since Apple closed that door, and was then followed by Google. I’m not sure I understand the security implications, but I’m not an expert in that area.

The Sonos Amp has a right and left RCA input jacks, labeled, oddly enough, IN on the back of it. Once an input has been hooked up, the corresponding UI will show up in your controller for use.

If they are the new Amps, you are able to airplay to them. If they are the Connect:Amps, the line in solution is what you will need to do or purchase a speaker/ device that supports AirPlay. Then you can group it to the Amps
