I just changed internet providers— updated Sonos app— reset my Sonos 1 — all appears Ok but when I choose AirPlay and select the Sonos— it just jumps back to phone— all network connections seem ok- Sonos radio works fine too— just can’t connect — any thoughts?

There is no Sonos 1. There is a Sonos PLAY:1, which has no AirPlay 2 capability, although it can play with a grouped Sonos device that does, and a Sonos One, which does have AirPlay 2 capability. Which do you have?

Have you rebooted the device sending the AirPlay 2 signal? Have you rebooted your foyer, and this speaker, by power cycling them?

Hey Bruce—it’s a ONE SL— I should have taken my own advice and turned my phone off and then on again as that fixed the issue and it’s now behaving itself for now, I’d power cycled the unit and it was working with Sonos Radio but not streaming from my device — thanks for the reply.
