Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with songs not playing properly or your speaker(s).
Both the skipping and the “not encoded correctly” message can be explained by interference. Please ensure that there are no WiFi devices within 1m (3 feet) of your speaker or the router (or Wireless Access Point).

If all else fails, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
