Hi @Pacific Jim
Thanks for your post!
Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with the Sonos app.
I confess, however, that I do not entirely understand your description of the problem. Could you please perform a screen-capture and record a video of this behaviour? Please then upload it to YouTube (making it a Public video) or to a file-sharing site (like Google Drive) and post a link to it here? Thank you.
Corry, I use my S23 to select songs played by Sonos. Prior to this current problem while playing the list songs I was able to look ahead and select other songs on the list or leave the list and play other songs by artists, albums, composers etc. My new problem is that once I start playing an imported play list I am unable to leave the list to play other songs unless I turn off my mobile phone. This is a problem that likely was created by another Sonos software update. Based on the information in my initial post you should be able to determine which software release causes the problem.
Hi @Pacific Jim
I have no such issue navigating the app on my own Samsung device (A54), and I have never heard any similar complaints. Please try rebooting your phone, and ensure that you have the latest version of the Sonos app by checking manually in Google’s Play Store.
If you still see the same behaviour after taking those steps, please swipe down twice from the top of the screen to see Android’s system buttons (WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.) and tap on Screen Recorder, then record with no audio and demonstrate the issue - I will need a recording in order to report this behaviour.
Hopefully the above advice will help, however.
