Hi,This morning, SiriusXM stopped working on my Sonos Play 1.  SiriusXM works fine on my computer. It is not a login issue at SiriusXM.  Is there an outage somewhere?It looks like ok for Sirius on status.sonos.com.Thanks!

Anyone else experiencing the “Unable to play the selected item” message when trying to play anything on SiriusXM today?  My system has been very inconsistent since introducing the Arc a month ago, and I’ve experienced this kind of error in that time, but usually, I could just switch to Spotify and then switch back to Sirius and for the most part that would work.  Today, that doesn’t work.  I can play Spotify and TuneIn.   Can’t play Amazon music.I’ve also tried to play on just a single old one speaker and it’s the same issue.  Also, rebooted the phone.I’m not sure if it’s tied to the Arc or not, but I can say, I haven’t been pleased with the system since I added it.Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I’m getting Sirius XM errors tonight trying to access it with S2 on an iPad Air.  I do not have any issues accessing Sirius through web player or the Sirius app.  The status page at Sonos say that Sirius is up, but I find that had to believe.  I’ve reset the controller software and reconnected it to the system with no change in Sirius accessibility. other services play, like Spotify.  The above image shows screen behavior when trying to access Sirius on the app. Diagnostic. 1109363835

I have an iTunes/Music library that is stored on an external drive.  Running Catalina, up to date (10.15.7).  Running Sonos macOS app, up to date (12.1).  I try to add the library using the recommendation here but, while the internal drive albums are appearing, none of the external albums appear.  I’ve tried closing Music removing the libraries from the Sonos app in various ways with no luck on getting the external albums to appear.  There are only around 3k files in there, organized by Artist, as per Music’s scheme.   Thanks.

Saw this issue was already asked a few days ago. I did remove Sirius from Sonos and also reloaded the Sonos app but I’m still having the same issue. Any further thoughts?

When cycling through my Sonos Favourites (some of which are Playlists) using the Lutron Pico, the playlists stack together. If I cycle through 3 playlists, they all just get stacked together, and if I have Shuffle on (which I do) I just get a mishmash of the 3 playlists. Is there a way to get the playlist to clear when a new favourite is cycled through?

I have a paired set of Sonos Ones.  I have my itunes library on MacOs.  I have added the drive to Sonos through Manage and gone through the update process which took over an hour.  All I see is “No Selections are available” on each of the categories in the music library.  I have 30,000 songs in my library, that should be acceptable right?  What can I do to get my library showing up?  Are there any log files or diagnostics I can look at to see what the problem is?

My favourite UK program was missing in Radioplayer today. Checked it and it is not showing any UK stations, instead is it listing  only European stations.Confirm Location in the App is on.  

Hi, just wonder if anyone else has had the same problem with not being able to access the radio station, ‘Frisky’ (Radio, Chill or Deep stations) on their Sonos since the recent (Aug 2020) app update?Worked fine before that, but I notice that the title ‘Frisky’ is now shown in italics in the list and wondered if this meant something? Tried updating the app (iPhone and Mac), deleting and reinstalling, removing the stations and re-adding them, but nothing seems to work.BTW - Frisky is still in existence: https://www.friskyradio.com/Any help very much appreciated, thanks.

Hi Guys, It seems the issue has already been submitted but I’m not clear regarding the resolution. I have a Sonos Amp and a Synology NAS exposic a music folder. It was working fine for years, but to make it more secure I have decided to create a specific user “sonos” on the NAS which has only RO access to the music folder. In the Sonos App, I’ve removed the previous Music Library service, and recreate it with the new USER. Since this, I’m always receiving an Access Denied error message, when I have correctly typed the right User/Password pair.  I’ve tried also to put my NAS admin account with same error ! I really don’t know what to do to solve or even troubleshoot ! Please Help !!! Didier    

I have updated both the Sonos app and the Spotify apps on iPhone to the most recent versions.  With my Sonos One speakers, I can play Spotify normally through the Sonos app, but I cannot play Spotify on the Sonos speakers through the Spotify app.  When in the Spotify app, the Sonos speakers do not show up as options (only my Apple TV’s are showing up as options).  I have done all of the normal troubleshooting (restarting modem, restarting router, restarting phone, deleting and re-installing Spotify app), and I am still having the problem.  Any input or help is appreciated.  Thank you in advance. 

I recently purchased a Sonos Beam and two One’s (Gen 2) to have as my speakers around the house.I will move and use the speakers in different rooms and different groups as needed.Watched a movie last night using my projector linked to my Macbook using Airplay. Did not notice any sync issues using all 3 speakers.Today I moved the two One’s into my office and linked to my computer. I immediately noticed there was a big issue with audio sync. But the video was actually lagging not the audio. I went through the app and found that the Beam has adjustments for TV Dialogue Sync but the Ones did not. Am I missing something or is this just not going to work from my Mac. Was looking forward to using the speakers while I edit videos but the delay will make that useless.I also was experiencing the issue with just the Beam but even adjusting the TV Dialogue Sync sliders did nothing for me. All speakers and app are up to date.

I only have 8 playlists saved.  The smallest has fewer than 60 songs and the largest has 3000 songs.  When I try to save a playlist of 795 songs I get this error.  The songs are a mix from Napster and my personal library on my PC.  Any idea why? 

I’m a Canadian that has a Qobuz subscription, and recently jumped onboard with SONOS for my multi-room audio setup. I prefer Qobuz over Tidal for sound quality, as well as for their music library. I was frustrated to find that I was unable to connect my SONOS players to my Qobuz account. Qobuz doesn’t even show up on the list of available services to connect to! I know Qobuz isn’t officially available in Canada, but I don’t see why I can’t select it from the list, and log in if I have an active account. Does anybody know a workaround? Would having a VPN solve this problem?

Hello,I've had to reset my speaker as radio stations weren't working. I've managed to get the speaker back up and running and it plays some radio stations from tune in and Sonos Radio but It won't play any foreign stations which it did do previously until today. What is the issue with it? Also tune in won't find every country under its locations where as before it did, any ideas why this is?Manythanks 

Anybody else experiencing problems with this service on SONOS. The new releases tab is not working. 

Hi, I’m using two streaming services: Tidal and Idagio. Since about a week I can’t stream from those apps to my Sonos anymore. In Tidal, my Sonos Connect’s and Beam don’t show up. In Idagio they do, but the music won’t play. From the Sonos app itself, I can play music from those services (e.g. by selecting from my albums).I tried rebooting modem, router and Sonos systems, but that did not work. I also tried removing the services from the Sonos app and adding them again. That also did not work.I have made a diagnosis with number 1474987482. 

When I try to access my music library I get the following message-”can’t connect to lenovo pc because server can’t be found”I ca access my music services like xm, pandora, but not my pc.

Our recently played list started to become unavailable on and off a couple weeks back, now it’s gone. We tried chatting with sonos support 🤪 which is missing in action, no reply from heir twitter team, 25 minutes wait to chat , i’m not even trying to call……...I know covid-19 is impacting everyone but it seems to be worst at sonos…..If anyone has an idea how to fix this we will appreciate it. Thanks!

I’ve long been driven mad by the fact that the “Hide Song” flag in Spotify doesn’t seem to work - the hidden song will still recur endlessly in my Daily Mixes playlists.I discovered today that this only happens when I’m listening to Spotify through SONOS.  If I listen just on my phone, the hidden song is duly skipped.  So this is obviously a SONOS issue, or a least a Spotify/SONOS integration issue.Has anybody else had this issue?  Is there a cure/workaround?

I am missing music in Sonos app while using Youtube Music. If I scroll by Artist is stops at “S”. I use free version of YouTube music because I was forced to do so in transition from play to yt. Do I have to pay to get all my tracks?

So until a few months ago I was able to connect to my sonos speaker on the Apple Music app and AirPlay straight to my speaker. No there’s no option on the airplay screen. I can play music from the sonos app but would prefer to be able to play from the apple music app like I originally was. Anyone know how to fix this?   

I have just taken out a Deezer Hi Fi subscription. I have successfully set it up on a desktop app on my MacBook and my iPhone is also set up. But when I try to connect the Sonos app to the account it complains about the password being invalid. It obviously works on the other two device apps, s I know the password is correct. Is this an issue with Sonos or is it at the Deezer end? I can connect 13 devices with the account I have, so it isn’t an issue re the number of devices. Thanks.

For some time now, I’m unable to play music on Sonos (in any room) from within the Spotify app.Spotify identifies the different rooms (2x Sonos One and 1x Sonos Amp) but upon selecting a room it waits and waits, looks like a song is playing, but no sound.If I open up the Sonos app, I can perfectly play the Spotify content in any room. I’ve tried reinstalling the apps, reconnecting the services, changing wifi channels on my router (Asus RT AX92U). Actually several months ago I even bought a new router, hoping it might help…Any suggestions? It used to work fine, cannot figure out what has changed the situation.Just realized something: when I try to play a personal playlist (like Daily Mix) from within the Sonos app, it fails: it skips song after song and sometimes a small popup ‘connection with spotify lost’... I can only play public lists, albums etc. Additional info: apps on IOS
