Deezer on my Sonos won't load. I tried removing and adding back Deezer but now it's giving me error msg.Does anybody know about this problem??

Couple issues.The biggest one is updating my Sonos music library to match iTunes library.  Just purchased couple things from iTunes. Did an “Update Music Library” in Sonos - it took a long time to index (only added one album), but when it finished, I can’t find the artist, album anywhere in Sonos library.  HELP???One other issue.  There are times that I’ve gotten new music and it catalogued perfectly by artist in iTunes but doesn’t show up in Sonos music library by that artist.  I’ve usually been able to locate it by looking through albums, compilations, songs, contributing artist, composing artist or sometimes even genre.  I’ve never understood why Sonos doesn’t always mirror iTunes library.  Any idea why this is? 

I have used Sonos for several years on 2 locations on 4 different devices and 2 different accounts with no problems together with the danish YouSee-Music streaming service.Suddenly the music stopped and could  not be started again.Sonos apps claims that there is no connection to YouSee no matter which account i try. Sonos apps claims, that it cant connect to YouSee and verify accounts. Sonos app says, that I should contact YouSee. Other streaming-services works fine.YouSee says, that it is a Sonos-problem. I can log in and out on YouSee and play music on the YouSee app on the 2 iPhones and on my MacBook Pro with the accounts Sonos cant reachI have afterwords updated  the apps on 2 iPhones, 1 iPad and 1 MacBook Pro to Sonos S2 with same result.My conclusion is, that Sonos suddenly from this afternoon won´t communicate with YouSeePlease advice. Best regardsPoul Erik

I’m probably in the minority and just started trying Spotify Premium with a free trial.  I currently use Tidal, so I’m trying to figure out how people use Spotify with SONOS.  Here’s an example: I’m listening to Tidal and at the top of the hour, go to my radio station to hear the news, then switch back to Tidal when the news is over.  All in one app (the SONOS app).With Spotify, I have to open Spotify, start music, then open SONOS to switch to news (which automatically overrides Spotify).  Then I have to go back to Spotify, tell it to “forget” my SONOS room, because no sound is coming out, and relink it back to SONOS.Just seems like a pain to switch sources.  Why would SONOS allow an app to bypass there app?  Seems like Spotify is taking control of the user interface (grouping, connecting, volume), bypassing SONOS.  Almost like a power play where one day Spotify will simply connect to multiple devices, some SONOS some not.

Keep getting error saying we have encountered an error when trying to play Apple playlist, everything else plays, ie artist, albums but not playlist, was working fine yesterday am the issue started pm and is same today, I have removed and re-added Apple Music and restarted my phone, problem persists

I have changed my music service provider from Deezer to Spotify.  When I then use my Sonos system with a playlist I generated on Sonos which has songs added from the old Deezer account to the playlist now won’t play.  So question is … is there anyway of updating the playlist so it looks at same song but from my new Spotify account?

All of a sudden this morning my Sonos Radio Stations won’t work. Reset my router.   All other service’s work on Sonos - Apple Music and Radio, and TineIn (which is new to pop up on my menu).  But cannot connect or play Sonos Radio!  Non of the stations work.  Cruise control was my go to.    What to do. ? did submit a diagnostic report. 1508963402

Today just out off the blue music stopped playing and since then neither me nor my wife can access our yousee music account through sonos. It keeps saying that I cannot browse the music. Yousee music app works fine though. I removed my sonos account from the app and put it back. I removed my yousee account from there and when trying to add it back it said the yousee server doesn't recognise my login information and I should contact yousee. I changed my yousee login in their own app and it works fine as before. I tried to add it again to sonos with the new password and it still says it cannot be recognised and I should contact yousee. I'm in doubt there's anything wrong at yousee, since my password works fine in their own music app. It's also extremely strange that both mine and my wife's accounts stopped working on sonos at the same time. All system checks, rebbot, re-connect has been perforemed over and over again. I have a rock solid wifi system and everything worked seamless. Until the app was updated. Running the latest IOS and SONOS software. Whats wrong with the new app. The whole system is just annoying. The only way to use the system is by airplay.

Hi All,I’ve upgraded to MacOS Big Sur → now unable to play podcasts via Sono S1.   Been on the phone with Sonos Support case number 02288114 for 50mins, very very unhelpful.Mac have split iTunes into Music/PodCasts/TV.   Seems Sonos haven’t tested S1 Controller with Mac Big Sur.   The Podcasts are now stored in a cache folder, rather than iTunes..Sonos view is, this is Mac & my issue not Sono..  Very unhelpfulStay safeR

I am playing my music library stored on my Mac and Sonos library. after about an hour or so the music just stops.  I have to go back to dashboard and click the play arrow again.

cannot login to music service Telmore Music. Problem started 30 minutes ago. I can login to the service from any other places but not from Sonos!!!

Only about 100 sounds from a soundcloud playlist are loading on sonos. Have tried removing and reinstalling both apps with no luck. Any suggestions?

Could someone explain to me why this message even occurs. I was under the impression it was indexing the HD where my music files were. Why would it need space for that? Can i not use my own sonos login when connecting to sonos system on my work or at my friends? 

Hi - I recently updated the Sonos App on my MAC to v12.2 (as well on my Android devices).  This coincides with an upgrade of my iMac OS to Big Sur.  My SONOS now no longer recognizes my music folder (an external USB drive attached to my iMac).  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm having difficulty connecting my Sonos to my Music Library. My laptop is on and the network can see all Sonos devices. However, when I put the path in (\\mycomputer\shared\music) it simply says my computer is not responding. The folder 'Music' is shared to Sonos with full permission but it's just not responding

I’ve added our spotify accounts (2) into the Sonos app by using the tutorial here: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/2757?language=en_USMy wife listens to music in the living room via Sonos Port and her spotify account (through Sonos app).  I want to listen to music on my laptop directly using the Spotify app (on my spotify account of course)Impossible. Music stops on one side everytime one of us try to play her/his music.Any idea? Bests, Mathieu

In both the HD Radio Symphonies and Classical Concert Hall the track being played does not finish. It often skips to the next track. I’m paying a monthly subscription for this joy. Surely the technicians can create tracks with a two second pause between them?

Hi, the Sonos controller recently said I needed to reauthorize Apple Music. When I followed the instructions and input my Apple id the Sonos app screen just blanked and stayed like that. I tried removing the Apple Music service completely and re-adding it. At the point of selecting ‘I’m already a member’ (of Apple Music), same outcome with screen just blanking out to white. Help please Sonos - I’m so bored of having problems with your system... 

There's a quick hiss that happens occasionally when playing back from YouTube music.  I submitted diagnostics.  973179111It's hard to describe but sounds like a fast hiss.  Or like a cd skip.When playing from other sources no issues.

Can’t find a topic on this that is less than a couple of years old but it’s happening here - not to me but to my wife’s account (family account via Apple One) so this has to be fixed double quick or I’ll be in trouble!!Diagnostic number: 1075133482 Please help! Tidal issue.  Sorry for typo. Admin please feel free to correct spelling of topic. When playing Tidal as my music source, it will only play one song (not continuous play of an artist/songs/album), then stop. Sonos doesn't do this with Amazon music (Amazon music continues its to play the entire library). I've removed and reinstalled the app, disconnected the Tidal service, then reconnected and still the same. Thoughts?
