Guys,I have an old German account, almost 10 years now, as I used to live there. Anyway, I now live in the US and I'd like to switch to a US account. Is it possible to switch the Country without deleting my original account and creating a new one here?Many thanks,Giovanni

Hi,I’m getting constant stability issues of late when streaming from Plex. Connectivity to Plex server  is lost and music stops. When I retry it will throw the same error for a few minutes then come good. My WIFI and network are relatively idle apart from streaming music at that time. Use case is streaming to Play3 and Play1 simultaneously.. Seems to stream ok from the native Plex app when I cast so will try using that method to see if its more stable. Very frustrating. Diagnostic is 331079758  

Hi All, Just tried to listen to the Radio prompted with an update, updated and now I get “there was a problem connecting to Sonos Radio” when I try and browse Sonos radio stations. The controller is S1 - 11.2.4 (57483220) and the Play 3’s I’m using are the same version.Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this? It was all working fine yesterday.

I have had this problem before, but was able to fix it through instructions regarding my firewall.  Now, my firewall is set to allow SONOS, and I suddenly have this situation again.  Very frustrating.  I removed my music folder from SONOS and tried to reinstall it.  Message says “Unable to locate the computer TOM.”  TOM is me.  That was the name of the music folder yesterday.  WebRoot did a scan of my computer last night.  Is that just coincidence?  What do I need to do to get my music back?

The only info I can find on this issue is two years old. I sincerely hope this problem has been sorted.The problem being, limited track shuffling. I have playlists, particularyly Spotify playlists, consisting of a couple of hundred tracks or more but everytime I play the playlists on shuffle, the same tracks are played. Most tracks I never hear. I’m no software wizard but I would’ve thoght a totally random track-shufflring system would be quite a straight forward procedure. I’m really hoping that there’s something I can do to rectify this problem. Any advice anyone?Many thanks

I have signed out and in again, deleted the account and reauthorized it - nothing seems to work it is stuck reflecting an old Amazon Music library, with albums showing as unplayable.  Please can you have a look at this for me from the back end?  Thanks 

Hi TeamI am in the process of moving from Spotify to Tidal. Using a Connect with my HiFi system, it really makes a difference in terms of quality. I am now facing the following issues (which I also had with Spotify or Sonos Radio but not in this frequency): When I play sound on just one speaker, usually it works fine. When I group all my speakers (3x Play:1, 1x Play:5, 1x Connect), the sound interrupts every now and then (at least 1x/song). Not on all speakers simultaneously, but just on one or two speakers. It’s especially bad when I skip to the next track, then the initial 2-3 seconds are played, then on one or two speakers the sound drops for 5-10 seconds and comes back again. It doesn’t really happen that much when I play through an Album or Playlist without skipping to the next song manually. Like if there is insufficient buffer if I skip to next track ‘unexpected’ for the Sonos. The issue can’t be my connection speed - I am getting more than 900Mbps on LAN and more than 70Mbps on

Hi team,I’ve successfully transferred Google Play to You Tube Music, I’ve succesfully added You Tube Music and actviated the account on my Sono’s account.However, when I am using the Sono’s app, I cannot search for any music via You Yube, not by artist, playlist, nothing.In the Browse section of the Sono’s app, I am able to see You Tube Music, but only Playlists appear and nothing more.When I access a Playlist and try to play, it comes up with “Unable to play ‘Song Title’ - access is denied. Appreciate some guidance and assistance here. 

I am trying to simplify life so that multiple PCs can update music library and update Sonos.  A networked drive connected to 2 PCs would both need to update the music library.  Does this work with Sonos V2 and are there any issues with multiple PCs adding to the playback queue in different rooms.  This is a “music is locally stored question”. 

my SiriusXM won’t play on Sonos. “Unable to browse music”. 

New android phone.  I’ve copied music files onto phone, and can play them without problem using the built-in audio player.  Inside Sonos, when I browse songs “on this mobile device”  I see the songs (files).  I click on any file, and a message pops up from inside Sonos indicating ‘song name’ is no longer available on ‘phone model number’.  Replace ‘song name’ with any song I select, and replace ‘phone model’ with the long phone name.  I just don’t understand.  I’ve done a chmod of the files to make sure they are permissioned as readable by all.  Please don’t suggest things like keeping the music library on my old phone.  I want to trash the old phone.  The only solution I’m looking for will allow me to store the music files on my new phone and play them on my Sonos system (which the new phone can see).  Note that I can easily control my various speakers through the new phone if the music being played has been queued up from the storage location on my old phone.  But that won’t be a via

Hi i can’t switch my favorite  Radio Rmf Fm and Radio Zet its polish radio. The radio does not work when I updated the application . Please help me

I’ve followed the Sonos  instructions for adding my music library to a Mac using the Sonos Controller for Mac  app - Sonos S2. But after thinking about it for a few seconds the app returns the message:Sonos was unable to add the music folderThe computer “Barrys-Macbook-Air” cannot be found.Q1. Why can’t the app find my computer when it’s been  installed on it ?   Where did it get this computer name from and can it be changed ?According to “About this Mac” on my machine it names my computer as : Barry’s MacBook Air  Note the apostrophe s and the use of spaces rather than dashes between words, which is subtly different from what the sonos app says it is looking for.  Incidentally, according to my Plusnet hub the name of the  my computer on the home network is simply Barrys-Air with an IP address of 192.168.1.92Q2. I don’t suppose it matters too much what names are used for the computer, just so long as the Sonos app and anything else that wants to access it uses the correct numerical IP

SiriusXM channels won’t update artist and song while playing.  Started about 3 weeks ago.  

As the title says, I have a problem playing anything from Spotify. So far I have tried following:Connecting my Sonos Play 1 with wifi Connecting it with wire Restarting Sonos Restarting the router Deleting spotify account in Sonos appa and adding it again Deezer working perfectly Radio stations work perfectly Spotify on my phone works perfectly Spotify on my PC works perfectly If I try to play music from spotify app, it stucks at connecting to my living room speker and nothing happens Clearing the Queue didn’t helped Updated both Sonos and my application to the last versions Spotify free was tested mybe month ago and it was working, now i paid for premium and it doesn’t work

Is there a way to order/organize the Audible library on the Sonos app? Every time I want to listen to a book, I have to sort through any number of other books. I’ve called Audible but they can’t help and suggest that I call Sonos.  I have over 50 titles in my library. There are 3 of us in our household so we have a lot of books and read for different reasons and at different paces. 

Before:   Three Sonos devices, Play 1, Play 3, and Connect: amp. Sonos Windows Controller installed on my desktop, Able to play music from Music Library, and life was good. Connect:Amp hardwired into Ethernet network, other two wireless. Then: I installed Mcaffee Total Protection on desktop, and and changed my wireless router from Google Fiber provided wifi to a Google Mesh Wifi network. It took some doing, but I was able to get all three devices to come back up, streaming works fine. The problem:   Windows App does NOT show the Sonos devices like before, trying to play from Music Library from my IPhone or Ipad returns “Server Cannot be Found”, and won’t play. I saw that Mac Total Protect can cause firewall problems, so I turned Firewall off, but no change. Looking at my Google Fiber network diagram, Sonos devices are there, but now grayed out, and designated “Disconnected”

As many other the music library on my Mac/S1 is not updating with Cataline. I have unplucked, restarted, remove and added new path but no update available to the music library. Did anyone find a solution to this? Or is their no solution other than the Air play via Apple TV?   

When searching for radio shows in the 'Podcasts & Shows' option, most of the radio shows are really old, for instance, today is 22nd December, when I search for Robert Elms' show on BBC Radio London (his show is on 6 days a week) , the last show is 1st December! Who's fault is this, Sonos', Tunein, or The BBC? Same goes for the Radcliffe & Maconie show on BBC 6Music. Frustrating. 

I own a Sonos speaker, and my landlord has like 3 speakers in his part of the house. I'm trying to connect to my own speaker but it's only connecting to my landlords speakers, I cant find my own. I've tried resetting both the speaker and the app, but nahh. How can I stop this from happening? Also, can I prevent him from seeing my speaker even if we're on the same WiFi? I am SO annoyed! Please help! 

I need help to find out what happened when i updated to sonos S2 app.i recently bought the s3 sub and then i had to move the playbar over to s2 app. And now i cant pmay music from spotify to the playbar

Greetings. I started to use Audible back in the day before it was bought by Amazon. I therefore have old username-based access to Audible, not access based on my Amazon password. Sonos insists on automatically connecting me to Audible via my Amazon account though, bypassing the many audiobooks I have under the old username account. Anyone had this problem and know what the solution is? Many thanks. 

I have 6 playlist on Amazon that I listen to using my Sonos system. I can play 5 of the playlist with no issues but lately 1 of the 6 playlist will not play.  I get the msg, Requested Operation Failed.This has never been an issue till 2 wks agoI have already updated Sonos and reauthorized Amazon Music.Does anyone know what I can try.  Could it be I have too many songs in the playlist.  I have approx 200 songs but it’s never been an issue before.
