I just signed up YouTube music service and want to try it out on my Sonos. However, I found one of my favorite playlist could not be played via sonos. Most of the songs are greyed out. The error meesage is “ Access denied” 

Anyone has similar experience and how to resolve it?

Unfortunately, due to regional content restrictions, music services often prevent playback of certain tracks in regions that they don’t have licenses for on certain platforms. 

Sonos has no control over this, and we rely only on the content that the music services provide.

I suggest reaching out to YouTube Music support with the same query and perhaps they’ll be able to explain why this selection of tracks is unable to be played here.
