Hi - recently I’ve had this issue - every time I search for a radio station and click on “stations” to refine the search, the app crashes.  I’ve cleared the cache, I’ve re-installed the app and it hasn’t resolved it.I’m using the S1 app, a Samsung S20, and have the following services installed:Sonos RadioAmazon MusicRadio Paradise extensionTuneIn Radio thanks

I have just transferred my personal music library from Google Play Music to YouTube Music. After adding YouTube Music to my Sonos app I was horrified to find that I can no longer play my personal music library unless I am prepared to use the ‘Premium’ version of YouTube music. What is going on here and who’s responsible? I had no problem playing music from my personal music library from Google Play Music on my Sonos. 

 Error message "unable to play 'title of radio station" - the song is not encoded correctly" Appeared this morning,  on all TuneIn stations.Other services work fine. (Spotify, global ) Have restarted and messed around with variousCan play TuneIn using same account logon on their IPAD appIdeas ?Thanks !

I just upgraded my Macbook Pro to Big Sur, and now everything in my Downloads folder no longer shows up in my Sonos Music Library. I deleted and readded my Downloads folder but it’s not actually adding any of the music within it. I followed the steps here to no avail:https://support.sonos.com/s/article/2401  

I’ve added Apple Music to the Music services in the Sonos app but in some headings in My Music such as albums I get the dreaded message “we’ve run into a problem”. This is for my own Music that I’ve downloaded to Apple Music. Strangely most songs show under Songs, with some greyed out, but no albums show and I get the error message.  Playlists direct from Apple Music display and play ok. I’ve tried re-authorising Apple Music, removing it and restarting the iPhone as per other posts on this. None works. I’ve contacted both Sonos and Apple. Each blames the other and can’t offer a solution. It happens on all devices - iOS, macOS and Windows.  Has anyone got any other solutions please? Thanks

A week ago I was able to connect my audible app to Sonos perfectly fine. now there is no little speaker icon that allows you to connect to devices and then select your Sonos speaker. Instead all I see is a little car icon to pop up the driving mode for the audible app. I am running the most current versions of both Sonos and audible. Any input on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Suddenly, this just started happening.All speakers are wireless.  I am connected to a WiFi Matrix (Orbi).The external connection is awesome.The internal connection hasn’t changed - no new devices.I am at a complete loss as to how to debug.  I can’t change the SonosNet channel.I also don’t know how to change the Sonos WiFi channel.The TV works to the Playbar and then to Play:1 / Subs.It is just internet playback… I am running Sonos2. I have googled the forum and didn’t find any recent reasons for this to happen.  Or the ability to debug.

Hi, I have discussed with Spotify the fact that you cannot play Spotify provided BBC Podcasts on Sonos speakers. All other podcasts I have tried to play from Spotify work no problem, but with BBC podcasts all Sonos devices are greyed out. This is not unique to me or to Sonos it seems (see the discussion here).Spotify has said they are working the issue, I wondered if Sonos was aware?Is this the BBC controlling where their content is played again, even though this content has been licensed by Spotify?

When I add new music to my Apple Music library, it doesn’t show up in my Sonos app. It’s been 24 hours and still nothing.

A small niggle, but I wanted to check I had registered my new Sonos One and looked on the website.  The website shows my old system, a play one setup that I have now sold and replaced.    However, the app on my phone is correct - shows the new system.I cant see how to change the info on the website.  I would like it to be correct, just in case I have any warranty issues. What am I doing wrong? Many Thanks

I'm unable to add music folders from my NAS (MyCloudEX2Ultra) to my Sonos music library. I get a pop-up error message that incudes a link to Error 900. It suggests the issue is to do with the IRPStackSize. I've followed the instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/106167/error-message-not-enough-server-storage-is-available-to-process-this-c and added the necessary entry to the registry with a stack size of 0x12 - gradually increasing it to that from the default value of 0x4. But I still get the same error message. (NB: the registry editor only gave me the option to add DWORD (32 bit value) whereas my system is 64bit Windows 10)I'm not sure if this is a Sonos issue or MyCloudEX2Ultra. A couple of days ago I updated the operating system on the NAS from OS3 to OS5. Until then the Sonos was working fine with the networked shares in place.  They then ceased working. When streaming Sirius Channel 710, The Loft, the song title has stopped updating. This has been going on over a week. I have tried deleting and reinstalling Sirius. Sometimes it updates for a minute but then stops. 

1 month ago one (only one) TuneIn station stopped playing. Customer Support seems unable to resolve the issue after umpteen emails and two case numbers (01696742 & 01674405). Info exchanged (including secondary & very minor questions about Sonos Radio):  Reset my router. I reset my Bridge. I closed and reopened Sonos. I restarted my PC. I have simple wireless WiFi setup - Bridge, Speakers, Controller - no Alexis or similar (Response to “Case Resolved” email received) I have not seen a response, so can’t consider my case resolved. Please provide more information about the resolution information you have. (Conversation w/Paul) Does the station play alright on TuneIn's website Yes have you tried playing different radio stations on your speaker and do they play okay Yes, I have & no problems w/other TuneIn Stations. KPFT site streaming option works w/o URL . I thought if I removed and reentered KPFT that might be a fix. Went to “My Radio Stations” and reentered it there.

Every so often sonos requests I reauthorise the Apple Music service. This now immediately triggers a sense of mounting horror as I know what happens next.  I try to reauthorise and it says my Apple ID password is incorrect.  I delete the service and try to reload it, it says the password is incorrect.  I delete the sonos app and reload it, then try to add Apple Music again and it says the password is incorrect. The only way I can get it to work is to CHANGE my Apple ID password and then try again.  I shouldn’t have to do this!  Please can someone tell me how to sort this out once and for all?  I don’t want to throw my sonos speakers in the sea (well, I do a bit actually) and buy Apple ones instead as they’re expensive but I don’t think I will get this problem if I do so.  

RTE radio 1 seems to have disappeared from Tunein and though it appears as a choice in Sonos radio, won't play. This has just happened in the last few days. Anyone else with this?

When playing songs from both Tidal and Spotify I get the error message “Can’t play XXX the track isn’t encrypted correctly” and skips to next track of the album and so it goes on.This is very annoying, please help. 

Hi getting frustrated now, this keeps repeatedly happening for no apparent reason at all. Go to play / use apple music via Sonos app on either phone or desktop app i’m told to reauthorise apple music. WHY? On the desktop it just doesn’t work. On the iphone it again doesn’t work - it just spins when i enter password - EVEN THOUGH I AM ALREADY LOGGED INTO MY apple id!!! Can we please just get a fix?? I am quite apple and Sonos savvy but this is just ridiculous. PLEASE HELP. Ive used Sonos since its inception and apple from way back but i must say it is getting very glitchy… let’s hope someone has an answer.

Hi! I was wondering if it is a known issue that last.fm scrobbles through the Sonos app (I am on iOS) are very delayed. They work just fine through the Spotify application itself (Spotify and last.fm integrate via their website). I noticed some people reporting this at the lastfm subreddit. I have tried disconnecting my Spotify account through the application and reinstalling the Sonos app, and of course having to re-add my Spotify account. If I connect my last.fm account in the Sonos app, then I will eventually get double scrobbles (the ones through the Sonos app via last.fm account scrobble immediately). Could there be a communication problem between the Sonos app and Spotify? I just observed scrobbles from my playing last night, they took around 12 hours, and my ones from a couple of hours got added too, so, seems they only get sent in batches, and delayed anywhere from 2-12 hours! I was recently gifted the S1 G2 and subsequently bought Beam. Google Assistant works perfectly however I am having issues with Apple Music playing via the Google Assistant on both the S1 G2 and Beam. Apple Music plays through AirPlay and also via the Native Sonos app with no problems. I have removed Apple Music from the Sonos app and re-authorized many times to no avail. I've also removed the Sonos app and redownloaded...again to no avail.I have no extenders in my home and the channel seems to be clear. Any thoughts?

I have just moved overseas and set my Sonos up on the new wifi and the UK radio stations arent working any more from the app.  BBC radio works but not commerciql radio.  Any reason for this?  

In the last couple of days I have not been able to see my audible audiobooks in the Sonos App (and in the Sonos controller on a mac), when I go to the audible section in the app (I use Audible.co.uk) I just get the message “Could not browse Music” instead of the normal list of audiobooks. Now I tried re-adding the service, that did not solved the problem, I tried to re-authorising my account that did not solve it either. I can see the audiobooks I have added to MYSONOS (the books I listening to right now) and they also show up in the recently played list but I cannot see my entire library in the audible section of the app. Now I do have a lot of audiobooks in my audible library 400+ but I have never been able to use the search function in the Sonos app to find my books (it always just say “an error has occurred try again”) so without the list I am rather unable to find and listen to my audiobooks on my Sonos speakers (Now I do know I can play them through the Audible app via Airp

In trying to play songs with a crossfade so one song blends into the next on Spotify, something which works on Spotify natively and any other speaker system we've played it through, the Crossfade does not play correctly through Sonos. There is no crossfade when playing Spotify on Spotify but with the sound coming out of the Sonos system. What can we do about this! It's not groovy when a song ends abruptly and there's space and then another song starts.

After accidentally logging out of Apple Music, I ran into the recurrent loop of Sonos trying to reauthorize Apple Music without ever completing the task. The following was the maddening cycle which happened on my old iPad 2: Sonos popup appears asking to Reauthorize Apple Music Account - only option is to click button that says “Reauthorize Account.”  After clicking Reauthorize Account, iTunes app appears and it thinks for a long time and then finally a popup window appears saying: “The apple ID ________________ will be used for Apple Music on Sonos.” This popup window has only one option which is a “Continue” button. After pressing the Continue button, nothing happens for a while. Then Sonos app re-appears with the original popup asking you to reauthorize Apple Music.  Go back to Step 1. After trying all different options including logging in and out of Sonos and Apple Music, I found one simple solution. After you Reauthorize once, enter your iTunes password, and then see the Reau

Here are my specs:Computer is running Windows 10 iTunes v12.11.0.26 Using the Sonos 2 app (had the same results on the Sonos 1 app, then tried updating to Sonos 2 to see if that would make any difference) Sonos system is freshly updated as well v12.2.2, build 61183220 What I’ve done so far:I don’t have my music in the “My Music” folder, but I have successfully pointed Sonos at the parent folder with that does have the albums and such in it, and can play those no problem I tried exporting a few playlists as XML into the parent folder that has the artists / albums as subfolders also created a “playlists” folder inside the parent folder and copied the same XML files into there I also tried exporting the entire iTunes library as an XML file into the parent folderAfter each export of XMLs I’ve updated / re-indexed the music library, and I can still play the musi

Hi, l have been a Sonos user since 2005 and lost all my playlists yesterday… My family is devastated so I hope someone can help me restore them. I was changing a router and factory reset all my Sonos one units and this seems to have erased all my history. I thought my settings were tied to my user account in the cloud...I do own some old ZP100 that I was still using 6 months ago, co-existing with some Sonos One units in my old network before I moved house. Is there a way I can use those to recover my playlists? I would be very grateful if someone has a solution.Thanks a lot!
