It’s possible, as a guess, that Deezer is now enforcing a “one log in active at a time” on their end. This would not be something that Sonos enforces, other than to respond to the information sent to them by the Deezer authorization service/server.
You may want to reach out to Deezer’s customer service and see if they can provide additional clarity.
