Hello, I am based in FranceI succeeded to have my beam connected to my wifi routeur from freeboxI changed to Orange box but I have pbI made sure to have a wifi on 2,4ghz antenna from my Orange box wifiBut I can not succeed to have the beam connected in wifiIt only works when my Beam is connected to my orange box with an Ethernet cable …Could you help ?Thanks

Can I transfer a system to a homeowner for who I installed Sonos amps?  I left their house and know want to give them access. Do I need to be at their house to do a transfer?

Hello, For a long time now, I've been having issues with Apple Music playlist artwork showing up as a generic icon on the S2 app on my iPhone, and the same results are from the desktop controller on my Windows 10 laptop I have finally figured out why this is happening, but I still need to figure out how to fix it. If I add the playlists from Apple Music to a Sonos Playlist using the following option, the artwork shows up as expected (see below). 

For my wife to use sonos does she need to access it through my account i.e. my email and password?

Despite resetting the SONOS system as advised on another forum and checking that my address is recorded as UK, BBC sounds is not listed as a service. We are still able to access BBC through the MyTuner service but are constantly reminded the service will end soon and to use BBC Sounds. I know how to go into the settings and how to add a service but not sure how to add it to the services.  TIA Theresa

I have 2 phones both connected to my Sonos Arc,Sub and rears, however my new phone doesn't connect.I'm connected to the same WiFi, I don't run any VPN, all app permissions were granted.My Samsung S21, on the same android version connects just fine, but my newer S23 just doesn't sync up.I'm out of ideas

Over the last 6 - 9 months we have seen this issue intermittently. From Sonos Controller search for artist on Spotify (has also happened starting music from Spotify app - we have a paid subscription) choose artist select either Artist radio or an album by the artist or top tracks of artistRESULTS: time bar in Sonos Controller shows the song is playing, but no sound is coming out of speakers. About 8 - 15 seconds (as per the time bar) audio comes out of the speakers at that point in the song. To be clear, there is not a delay in the start of the song, the audio starts 8 - 15 seconds into the song. Example, Bob Dylan’s Hurricane start playing audio at the words “Valentine from the upper hall”

After struggling to reconnect my play1 after changing wifi password, it finally worked yesterday. However, it does not work  via Sonos App while Spotify can find my Play1. Can you help as I want to use TuneIn? Thanks Georges   

I live in a studio apartment my Sonos speaker is in the bathroom. My router is in the living room on the other side of the bathroom. There’s a closet between the bathroom and the router I can’t seem to get the system to recognize the speaker it keeps telling me to unplug and replug in the router. It still doesnt recognize the sonos speaker. Any ideas how to fix this?

I’m using my Sonos more and more to listen to podcasts.  Would really help if the controllers had simple buttons for a 30 second jump forward, and a 10 second jump backward in whatever is playing.  Yes I know I can move the current slide to move to a new spot in what I’m playing… but this is hyper sensitive, a set time jump forward / backward button would be much easier when listening to podcasts.

I‘m not able to browse my Plex library. The Sonos app shows „unable to browse music“. Plex Server is on local network on a synology NAS and up to date.My Diagnostic number: 1000464559

I have spent thousands on Sonos product and I resent the fact that Sonos Radio is being shoved down my throat. Please let me turn it off, hide it or move it to the bottom of the list. It sucks and is in the way. It is wrong of Sonos and their developers to not allow customers to choose their own services. 

None of my devices (mac, iphone) now show me the contents of SIRIUS XM. SXM is among the services I can play, but I can't see any channels, on demand programming or anything else. This started for no apparent reason several weeks ago. The other services work as they always have. I've tried removing the SONOS app and reinstalling. I can only play SXM with voice commands, but this is limiting. I'd appreciate some advice.

My music library is stored on a NAS. When I upload a new album and ''update music library'' on my Sonos app it quite often only syncs a few of the songs from that album. They're all the same file type

Hello there community!I have an LGOLED65C8AUA, I stream Disney, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max & Apple TV direct from the TV to my Arc. The only app that doesn’t seem to be working Amazon’s app (I do have their unlimited service). Is this the way it is? Am I forced to use S2 direct ONLY if I want to listen to my music from Arc/Sub/(2) Ones as back speakers?...again, it’s coming direct from an ARC HDMI TV (not eArc) direct to ARC and all the other apps are working fine although Amazon Music is the only Music Streaming App out of all of them listed.I’m trying to make anything work other than having to directly use the Sono’s Music App (S2) because from S2 you don’t know if any song you are searching for (in Amazon) is any particular quality until you actual select it. It’s a really poor experience to say the least.

Is the Fee for this Roku Sonos Controller a one time fee or monthly?

Hi there,  I noticed a difference in how songs are displayed in the Sonos app when I play a playlist on Amazon music directly from the Sonos app vs telling Alexa to put a playlist on. I have a playlist with all Dolby Atmos songs on Amazon and when I play it by selecting it from the Sonos app it displays Dolby Atmos in the app. When I tell Alexa to play that same playlist though and check in the app the Dolby Atmos titling isn't there.  Is this just a visual or display glitch of some kind? I'm not sure if it's just in my head but I do think I hear a difference between the music being played directly from the Sonos app vs Alexa.  Would it be possible for this to be fixed somehow? 

I’m not sure how to word my question, but here it goes  however, I don’t want to ‘hear’ any comments that blames someone else.I would like to know the technical process that explains why compatible and connected devices cannot piggyback on each other for full control. For example, I open Sonos using my iPhone. I have the Amazon Music app on my phone; Amazon Music shows on the Browse screen in the app, and plays perfectly. I also have the Amazon Music app on my Apple Watch which can control the music on my phone.  So my question is, why can’t I control the Amazon music playing on Sonos which is connected to my phone, using my Apple Watch? I’m logged in to Amazon in Sonos and my phone and the Amazon Music app is on my watch and is connected to my phone.  If Sonos has granted access to my Amazon Music account and my phone app is open and logged in, I just want to understand why the devices can’t be linked and utilized. 

I’m using my cloud home as a service on my Sonos. All works well, but when I add an album or even rename an existing track, it doesn’t update on the Sonos listing- anyone else had this?

In order to listen to Spotify, I have to delete and reload the Sonos app, and reboot my router every time.  After six months of this, I’m almost ready to move on to a different system.  Has anyone found an effective solution? 

I have one speaker (Play 5, gen 1) compatible with S1 app only.  All other speakers are compatible with S2. I have reset by Play 5 but am unable to use S1 to add as new speaker.  Upon launching S1 app, i’m prompted to ‘Use Sonos S2 app.’   Please advise.  

Since last year I’m having issues streaming YouTube Music and YouTube (audio only) to my Sonos devices. I was able to stream YouTube to my Ones as well as to Sound bar paired with older Sonos 1s. i'm trying to figure out is sonosnet is right for me….i do not want to use the 2.4gz band. i have a new wifi 6 router and no other devices in the home that utilize that bandwith. What happens when i disable the 2.4gz bandwidth in my router, attatch one sonos speaker to the router with an ethernet cable? will the sonos system still craate its own mesh 2.4gz system independently of how the router settings are set. I'm hoping that would be the case….that way, i would have a sonosnet 2.4gz system running invisibly in the background where non of my devices would attempt to connect to it. i could utilize my 5gz with all the rest of the my devices and not have to worry about any interference.  if the sonos system is running on its own private band, how will i control the system when my primary device (cellphone) will be connect to the 5gz network and the sonos will be connected to its own mesh? 

We have both S1 and S2 speakers and have both apps, essentially creating 2 systems in our home. I’m fine with that. What I’m not cool with is when I try to get onto my S1 app and it gives me this pop up that you cannot exit out of and blocks my S1 app.  HOW DO I GET THIS TO GO AWAY?! SONOS is not what it was when we got our home system initially and now I can’t even use the majority of it.   (And don’t get me started on the constant random disconnect of our two Roams…!) 

Using Sonos S2 app with Apple Music service, signed into my Apple account.Navigation: Sonos app > Music icon (Browse) > Apple Music > ArtistsStarting Saturday morning, all of my Apple Music favorite artists started showing in the Artists section of the Sonos app, as opposed to only the artists whose albums I’ve added to my Apple Music Library. I now have a long list of artists with no songs/albums to play. This is making it difficult to find specific albums i added to my library, sorted by artist name.If I go to Albums instead, only the library albums are displayed (as expected), but they’re displayed in alphabetical order of album title, not by artist > album.Anyone else having this issue? Any recommendations to fix or work around it?
