how to import my music on Sonos app.

Hi - I have an android phone and have my Sonos app running on it. I cannot figure out how to import my music files on my phone, in the app. I have added Soundcloud etc, but cannot see a way for me to play music stored on my phone, via the app. Can anyone help? Thx
