Hello,I’ve noticed when using Apple Music through the Sonos app that the current song isn’t updating and it gets stuck  on the first track where the time says 0:00. Don’t know if anybody else is having the same issue. Thanks  

It has no search button within ‘location’ or ‘radio’ lists! 

Dear Sonos community, To my surprise I´ve just updates to the new sonos app and I cannot do much any more. My radio stations are more or less visible, but I cannot select them for example. Does someone know how to get the previous version back. The new one does not do what I want it to do and feels far from intuitive. Kind regards, Alpha

I uploaded new mp3 files to my NAS, but I can’t apparantly reindex my music library anymore in the apps… I tried the android and ios app. I remember that in the past there was an option under system to update your library, but no longer.So how do I reindex my music library?

Using the New App I'm unable to access previously accessible radio stations, I now see "something went wrong" message and unable to access the station. Also intermittently shows "No product found" which clears after a few seconds.  

How dare you do this to us. You put out a misleading and downright untrue advert declaring this new version is so great etc, you must have known how unfinished it is and what the reaction would be?I can’t work out if they are arrogant, ignorant, naive, uncaring or just downright dumb. To think you can get away with this is unbelievable. You already had an app that worked for most people most of the time and you’ve replaced it with something that is not even half finished and renders systems unfit for purpose.I feel sorry for the people on support who are suffering due to mismanagement. We as users are stressed and depressed so I dread to think what the people doing support are feeling having to deal with this pityful offering.

Just updated app now says system dosent have local area network access but the button is ticked in my iPhone settings- anyone know what’s going on or how I can fix it!? using play 1/3 and roam

new sonos Cannot get past update which automatically shows up and keeps coming up with sign in i say yes continue it flashes a screen then reverts back to software update  I cannot get past this re installed app and 

This topic has been raised before (Dec 2023) but the answer there no longer works. I often use my Sonos system (Play5 2nd gen pair and a Sonos Boost) to play internet radio. I have used Radio.net, TuneIn and MyTunerRadio as Sonos Services. Over time all these have stopped streaming my radio urls! MyTunerRadio was working well but has now gone. TuneIn has not worked for me for a long time and the new TuneIn does not work either.I was wondering if anyone has found a fix for this. I have a Raspberry Pi running MoodeAudio - that works well with internet radios - has anyone tried connecting the output from that to Sonos. Has anyone tried VLC and airdrop to a Sonos uPNP server?Any thoughts much appreciated!

I want to revert to the previous app ASAP. This new “upgrade” is dreadful. Useful functions have disappeared and there are zero benefits to the new design. In an iPhone it’s useless, time consuming and irritating. I want a company person to tell me how to reinstall the previous app which was fine. Seems to me product managers have too little to do if all they do is mess around with a perfectly functional  app. 

I have two systems. One with a SUB, ARC and right/left ONEs. The other system has a SUB, BEAM and right/left ONEs.  I want to replace the BEAM with the ARC and the ARC with the BEAM.  I moved them into their new rooms but the ARC and BEAM are still identified with their previous rooms.  How do I change it in the software in the new S2 App   Thanks for your help.  

It looks like the ability to add music to a queue instead of just replacing the queue has disappeared with the latest iOS app update. Am I missing something? I don’t see “play next” either.

Since the updated of the new app, I cannot find the regulation for awakening in the Morning and I can’t find my albums and playlist as they were before

I upgraded to the latest version of the Sonos app yesterday and now it no longer recognises my system and won’t add any of my speakers either! Anyone got any ideas how to resolve this? Is there somewhere I can download the older version of the app?  Thanks in anticipation!

How do I play music with the new sonos app

I do not like the new App updates at all.  I can not find the alarm settings anywhere and it does not recognize my Roam.  Also hard to figure out how to change the channels for new music.  Please bring the old version back… this one is horrible.   Has anyone found where the alarm settings are? 

After newest update we cannot use Telmore anymore, it doesn't exist, it says.We cannot find it in the selection despite we have set the profil to Denmark and Danish language. How can we fix it?

Why can I no longer search or save specific individual songs to a Playlist? Option no longer given.

Worst timing ever, tried to add ERA 300s as rear surrounds to a ARC and 2 Gen 3 subs, removed my 1 SLs, system won’t recognize them. I have family  arriving for week and my system is all jacked up. I reset the ARC, 2 subs, 4 1Sls and the 2 era 300s, added them with great difficulty, but they want a update then say they can’t connect to my WIFI even when they are next to router. Will the S1 app work? I found it on google play for android.

I’ve found the solution to the years long issues with the Sonos app.  It’s apparent the Sonos executives don’t care to invest our $$$ poured into the hardware over the years as they’ve never done anything to resolve the millions of negative comments over the years, for both iOS and Android  (like myself) user.The fix is… DITCH THE SONOS BRAND AND MOVE ON.  I’ve just ordered new Denon components to compliment my Denon turntable.  I’ll be selling or passing these products on after 5 years of frustration.If I could sue the company and get every cent I spent on these things, I would… Anyone care to initiate a Class Action suit ?? 

I’m confused about the new web app. How does this work? Does Sonos have access to my local network, and when did I give my consent for this? Isn’t this a to be considered a data breach? How do I revoke this? 

What in the world SONOs!the new app auto downloaded and now does not recognize my entire SONOs system!Fix this. also....i can no longer see or attach my home library from my NAS.  WHY??
