Amp not registered.

Attempting to add 2nd Amp.  For several days would not accept the pin. Today it accepted the pin and now shows up as “not registered”.  
amp is connected to Ethernet.   The button bellow the Amp is not registered says “Fix it”. 
get a let’s Finnish adding your Sonos Amp to your system, hit continue, message reads, There’s a update available for your Sonos Amp that must be completed before you can use it. Hit the update button and get Error Code 1002

You should probably contact support. The recent Sonos App updates have really messed up a lot of these basic functions for some people. If they can’t help you out you should return and check back in a month or two to see if they’ve fixed the app better.
