I have two rooms set up, after updating to new app, I can’t find one of the rooms.  My wife has old app still and she can find the room I cannot, but she can no longer see the second room

That suggests you’ve set up two systems, not used the ‘add a device’ feature to your existing system…I think. You’ll need to factory reset the ‘new’, and re-add it to your old system. You don’t ever want to choose ‘set up a new system’ when prompted, always ‘connect to existing system’ if presented with that option when opening your controller.
