Is anyone else having trouble with the volume slider when using Spotify connect after updating to iOS 17.4? Mine no longer works at all! 

I have my music library stored on an external SDD. I’ve added the folder to the music library on the Sonos app but none of the music appears. Can the Sonos app only recognise music stored in the standard “music” folder? I’m on a Mac by the way. 

The app always starts with system not found and takes a very long time until everything is loaded.

I am trying to find a simple HDMI dongle to play music only in my living room. I am using Android phones and it needs to be simple with children using the system. thanks 

I changed my internet to Quantum Fiber.  I finally set up Sonos speakers (4) through Sonos app, but once process is done, Sonos app does not see the speakers and asks if I want to add speakers again. Apple Music app sees the speakers and allows me to use them though through Airplay. They are not able to be named so not sure which is which when I go to use them. Any suggestions here and thank you. 

Hello. After updating to current Sonos S2 Android rev 80.01.07 on Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, both Trueplay option and surround channels distance option seem to be missing. Though being them available on previous Android versions, apart from current Sonos S2 on iPhone 13 iOS 17. 

Why won't my rooms and roam connect 

I have my three nes speakers all connected . My setting shows I have nothing in my que. how do I get music to play?

Hello everyone!I have the Sonos Arc, ERA300 as surrounds and the Sonos Ace Headphones and have also updated the Sonos App for the Headphone update and in general.I have been able to play my local Radio Statio via TuneIn with no problems and always see this appearing as a quick shortcut button which can be used successfully. I have also played my Qobuz Playlist successfully BUT ​​​although I see a greyed out shortcut button to my Qobuz Playlist, I can never connect directly back to that Playlist when pressing this shortcut. I always have to hunt around to reconnect. This takes ages to work out. Anyone here have any ideas or could advise if I am doing something wrong please?Thanking all in advance.

Another app update which fixes nothing. No reply from support. No official explanation or even acknowledging something went wrong. Guardian reporter writes effusive review of their headphones and only mentions the app issues in passing. It's just evident that no one at Sonos even cares right now. 

I have just bought a 2024 model of Sonos Beam. When I try to install it into my existing system, I get error message 1002. I have reinstalled the product 5-7 times, but I keep getting the same message 'There is an update for your product.' I press update, but I only end up with error message 1002. Can anyone give me a tip on what I can do?"

When are you going to fix the new app?It is too slow and lags behind changes made in the interface to the point that I end up giving up using it.Why can I not use it with my own streaming device any longer (Innous)? I don’t have subscription services so basically you have converted an effective system into some expensive and pretty uncontrollable bluetooth speakers.Does your returns policy cover your app ‘enhancements’ making the product no longer fit for purpose?

Hiwe have just had a new router fitted with new passkey etc ….. I am trying to connect Sonos but it is looking for the new link with no luck, is there a way to assign new router etc without having to start from scratch in searching for each one ? Thanks Mark

Yousee is not working

I have read the previous posts about losing access to apple music, have uninstalled/installed apple music app and still am stuck in a vicious loop of “YOUR APPLE MUSIC ACCOUNT ACCESS HAS EXPIRED - reauthorize your account to access this service”.  I hit reauthorize and it takes me through a loop and brings me back to the same starting place.  Any ideas?Thank you. 

Dear Sonos Sufferers,As all other users only problems since the Useless new app “up”grade. After all the new versions still bad. New problem: Volume in one speaker disappears. Suddenly, not doing anything. It does correct eventually but at least once I had to restart as it didn’t correct.  Otherwise still the same problems. Shows recently played, but when clicking get an “Oops etc message. My NAS drive doesn’t show, but when using the SonoPhone app no problem, it’s all there (this app hooks onto what’s in the Sonos system).  so will seriously look at the Apple system as the wait of any decent curtuous response from Sonos has been totally absent.

Since your update we all know you missed the alarm out which was probably the only feature I used on our 7 speakers in the house , problem is there still going off 🤔 which is ok for now but not sure about when we go in holiday I assume looking at the conversation you would be making this a priority , but all the emails I get are about new products ? Which no way when you can’t even sort out a simple update to sort out this problem , looking very much like a new system is needed in our house and won’t be Sonos at this rate 

Hi, some of my Spotify playlists won't play on the new sonos app, it says "something went wrong". I can play some and some I can't. I've tried adding the Spotify account again but no joy. Thanks

Notwithstanding the broo hah ha about the new app functionality, announcements from Sonos indicate the next update should be in ‘early June’. Do we have a more precise date for that next update yet?

I can't seem to find the Mute button, in either the new app or in the web app. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

I launched the S2 V80.01.06 of 5 June installed on my tablet, went to System Updates->Check for Updates and got the popup saying my system was up to date. Fine. I then went to do a routine update check on the Play Store (guess why I'm refusing to allow any auto updates...) and found the Black App logo had appeared overnight and was sitting there with an update of 169Mb (!) ready to go despite noting that the app had been "updated yesterday".Needless to say, I bailed straight out and am here to ask whether anybody has been brave enough to install this huge update. If you have, what new joy did it give you? Or grief perhaps?I'm sure there are many other Android users who would love some reassurance before taking the plunge. Maybe from Sonos, even?Please let us know.

No output from my sub after this new update. Anyone facing similar issues and how have they resolved them ?

Beam connects to wifi , but the ap does not find tge system for use

Hi. I can't get the app to connect to Libby audiobooks or YouTube Music podcasts. It will connect to YT music, but not YT Music podcasts. Anyone else having these issues?
