reconnecting to sonos with a new phone

I had to get a new iPhone. My old one got wet. I attempted to connect to my system after logging in to the app and it won’t find my system on the WiFi  network that it’s on. I check my wife’s phone and I works fine. I double checked the WiFi network and I have it right. Tried the chat service. They told me to call the 800#. 65 min wait.
