Where do I can change the wifi network in the sonos app? I called Sonos service center for 2 hrs!!

assuming you are running the latest version of the Sonos app or version 80.xx.xx within the sonos app. There is a gear icon in the upper right hand corner that takes you to ‘System Settings’.
Next to the name of your Sonos system it says ‘Manage’. Under manage is ‘Network’ about ½ way down. Here you can Manage Networks to update your network, remove current network etc.
Sadly that section of my Android app is blank, no network settings available.

What has been suggested is to set your WiFi to what your Sonos is expecting for the SSID and password.
