No devices found in sonos 2 app, but i can find them no problem using sonos 1 app but it tells me i need to use sonos 2 app.  but i cant discover any products using sonos 2, only sonos 1.  ii have restarted everything, redownloaded sonos 2 app, and internet works great.  Only 1 WiFi network in the house and all connected to the same one.   any advice would be great!

Hello, I’ve been listening to Ibiza Live Radio on my tuner radio and now it’s disappeared. i can get it on radio.net however Sonos does not support this app. i have been told to add it via tune in using it URL link.how do i get the URL link or can someone provide me with this?please advise and thanks in advance Jat

Is anyone using the new app able to successfully browse music within LivePhish+ or nugs.net? all works just fine in previous versions...and while I can authorize the services now, there’s no ability to play music or browse them

I see the sleep timer function has started to return.However, so far as I can tell, you can’t use it with NAS content.Anyone else finding the same?

Hello, since the last big app update, i cannot use TruePlay, i press on « continue » were the phone is reverse and in front of my tv and were the first sounds must play, but nothing…. Does anyone has the same issue ? I already try everything, (last update on my iPhone 15 pro max, on the app too…) and it’s still there.thanks for your attention. 

Horrible, the app itself keep dropped WIFI connection, both One SL are now useless. Only Beam 2 is working. How can be trusted SONOS products?if couldn't connect any more I will not put on sale, I will straight throw away in rubbish bin after I beat up with hammer and moving forward to BOSE

Having updated to latest version on iPhone & iPad yesterday - 17th June, I’ve now found on Mixcloud the list of Followers/Following is blank. This was extremely useful for browsing to create Playlists.

Now that we have the new Sonos web app we can control our Sonos players from anywhere in the world, something that I believe wasn’t available before.Is there any way to turn that off?

How do I download the latest Sonos app without having to put in a credit card ?I deleted the Sonos app on my iPhone because it wasn’t working .i thought I could delete and reinstall the app.It keeps asking for a credit card . Why?

I know they are working fine as I can see them in the ‘review matrix’. And I see them in the web app system overview. But not in the iPhone app meaning I cannot rename them. Is there a workaround for that?

I have iTunes and Sonos on my PC. The iTunes music library is on the PC and the Sonos music library is on a NAS drive. Updates to the album artwork in iTunes is updated in Sonos when I go to to Manage and Update Music library. This also used to update the Sonos music library with any albums I added to the iTunes Music library. I have just added some new albums to the iTunes music library and these are not getting updated in the Sonos music library. How do I get the new albums into Sonos?

Goodnight. I bought a Sonos One SL and every time I try to register, in the update stage it appears error 1101. I researched that this error is related to the update. I've already changed and restarted the routers and I still can't do it. Help me please?.

How come the latest update to the Sonos App is only available for iPhone and not for iPad?

When will you fix the new app?  Prior to moving to the new app, listening to music was easy and joyful. Your new app has created frustration while listening to music.  When my device goes to sleep and when I want to skip a song and when my device awakens again the app registers no music in the que, but the music is still playing.  I have to restart the playlist to gain function again.  All I wanted to do is skip a song or adjust the volume the volume.  Instead I have frustration and interrupted music.  This new app has made listening to music a less joyful experience.  Get it together and figure it out so this new app can be user friendly, functional and responsive just like the previous app

Why does the new Sonos app upgrade/version have no playlist functionality?

Hi all, I have a SONOS AMP S1 from 2015. I connected my NAS Synology and listened to my music from my NAS. From many months, I am not able to connect my SONOS to my NAS.I did some upgrade to my SONOS. Can it be the source of the issue?Which protocol is used to connect the SONOS to the NAS? Hi,I installed the new app yesterday and I hate it.Many options I use a lot have disappeared.Can I somehow install the previous version of the app?  

It’s so annoying that the new Sonos app removed alarm in May but put it back in recent updates. However, I still can’t use calm as my alarm, unless I go to my desktop app. I can’t see this in the plan for the app update plan either. So frustrating

For years I have enjoyed KUSC (a wonderful classical music station) on Sonos through TuneIn. Today it seems to be unavailable, but a window appears on the Sonos site requesting a subscription for an enhanced version of TuneIn to continue. Offering three months free and then $5.99 per month thereafter. Is having a subscription the only way I will be able to receive KUSC on TuneIn now?If this is really the case, wouldn’t it have been great to have Sonos or TuneIn notify us that this is coming, so we can understand the apparent stoppage and new subscription requirement without the last half-hours working through the Sonos and TuneIn apps?Is subscribing and paying the only way I can get TuneIn through Sonos now?

Stop any music and sign out of Sonos Uninstall the updated up (black one) Google Sonos .apk  Uptodown and apkpure are reliable sources to download from.  Once downloaded to your android device choose to install  Change your android setting to allow install from unknown source (you can turn this option back off after install).  Open the old version of Sonos and let it find your system  That's it, all music, playlists speakers etc should be restored within the app.  Turn off auto updates in the Sonos app and in the play store.  You can sign back into Sonos if your use other services but it will ask you to update, ignore. Wait until sort out the update and test before updating.
