I recently purchased a Sonos Era 100 from Amazon and initially set it up while connected to my VPN, which was set to Russia. I discovered that Spotify isn't compatible with Sonos in Russia, which might be causing my issues. I live in Canada. I've changed my location on the web and reset the speaker, but I still can't connect Spotify directly through the Sonos app or the Spotify app. Currently, the only way I can use Spotify is via AirPlay and Bluetooth. Any advice on fixing this would be greatly appreciated

Well that was a shock, an old alarm that was deleted is back on the app, active and blasting a song through the home. By the time I had figured out what was happening and realised that I couldn't cancel the alarm my only action was to unplug each speaker. Unplugging may have been harsh but at 0415hrs I just needed prompt action. Any suggestions on what I can do to avoid this happening again?

The Sonos app doesn't work for me, since it's new and it hasn't let me connect for 2 days.

This SONOS update is a disaster! The dreaded (913) error prevails in all conditions especially in the error explanation which advises that the SMB1 protocol is no longer supported and the user should update to SMB2 or 3.Moreover, the same (913) error occurs when you have your music library located on your local C: drive or any other non-networked drive. Be it a USB external drive on your laptop or an additional hard drive inside your PC. The same of course applies to hosting your data on a NAS, which in my case is a fairly sophisticated 6 bay RAID 5 array, and for that matter my little 2Tb external USB2 drive.The new update I downloaded today, and installed on my workstation and (as a test, on my stand alone PC) immediately displayed the (913) error. I updated the SMB to v2 and again v3 with no effect. The folder shares are correctly configured and work flawlesly for other applications. When the hell do you get the app fixed!!! It keeps crashing, and I can only use the system using Google Assistant. This is suppose to be a premium product, not something from cheap website!Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Community Code of Conduct.

When I try to adjust the volume for the entire system on my Sonos app on my Droid phone it won't respond. At first it looks like the volume drops or rises to where I want it but then it goes back to the original spot and I can't figure out how to get it to stay where I want it to. I have the new Sonos app and the latest update and my phone is a pixel 7. This never happened before the new Sonos app so I assume it's a problem with the app. Anyone else have this problem?

When will we get the feature we lost where we could instantly access the eq and sub levels via the volume slider.  That was a huge game changer for instantly changing the sub level and/or eq in which I do often

I have the Sonos app for many years with several music speakers.Since the last update of the Sonos app on Android it's a disaster. There are lots of bugs, the interface is not good. Everyone at home complains ! my children, my wife and me !!He asks me how to go back to the old version?The bugs are for example you select a room and the music goes to another room. We no longer want to have this version.Can you help me change the version, otherwise I will sell my entire system.

Hi all, I can't connect SoundCloud as a service to Sonos. If I follow steps:1. Open the Sonos app.2. Navigate to the Settings page and select Services & Voice.3. Under Music & Content tap Add a Service.4. Tap SoundCloud, then Add to Sonos.And then it says:5. Follow the on-screen instructions to log into your SoundCloud and start listening.This is where it goes wrong. It asks me to sign in into SoundCloud. It shows a code, I enter it, then it gets stuck, it says (translated from Dutch) 'waiting for authentication' but it doesn't finish the process,even after waiting for minutes. Does anyone know what this issue is? 

For the last year or so…. I’ve lost the ability to Play certain Podcasts from iHeart & Tunein…This was not an issue before this… and now I get the Popup message for each Podcast as “Unable to Play …...The Connection to iHeart Was Lost”……..No Error messages otherwise. If there are 20 for example Podcasts from the particular show in the que, and I attempt to play the first one, the above failed message cycles through each one until it reaches the top.Old or newly dropped does not seem to matter as to its availability to play.For example “Fly On The Wall” with Dana Carvey is no longer accessible due to this failure.  We know its not being blocked by the source, as anyone can listen to the Podcast through a web browser on the internet with no issue.Several calls to Sonos Help provided no resolution of the issue, other than a assurance it would be sent over to the developers.Other Podcasts suffer from the same issue… its tota

Hi, I am not sure I am asking the correct question, but please bear with me. I have a large media library which I rip, tag and generally curate using Media Monkey(MM). Before the new App, I could play out of MM, onto my Sonos system, via a UPnP connection. Now, even after the most recent App updates, I cannot see my MM files and the facility to play them on my Sonos speakers has been lost. Fortunately, the relic Desktop Sonos Controller for PC, which seems unaffected by all the other App mayhem, still sees my MM connection and allows me access and use of my Library as before.As I understand it, the Sonos Controller for PC is slated to be replaced by the web version. This seems to be just a proxy for the App, and does not show my MM library either, even when the Desktop does.Is this an issue Sonos can or wishes to resolve, or is it an inevitable consequence of the change in the App architecture? Is my only solution moving to Plex?

What is the timeline on Spotify users being able to see more the 20 playlists in the Spotify Library section on the Sonos iphone app?

I still can’t add my Music Library. Is anyone else still hung out to dry?

Hi, when will we be able to use the familiar Sonos widgets again on Android? Without widgets and with the current, absolutely terrible app, the system is almost unusable. Especially not for children. Without widgets, we will no longer use Sonos and will switch to another system provider (Teufel).Therefore: when will we have widgets available again with the current app?

I recently set up a Sonos Ray speaker from my iPhone on the app. Everything works fine with my phone. I went to connect my wife’s iPhone to it but ran into an issue. I selected “Join an existing system” and made sure both phones and Sonos are on the same WiFi network, but the app says it cannot find a Sonos system on the network. BUT if I go into the Spotify app on her phone and change the device, the Sonos device is there and plays music from the Spotify app. So clearly the phone has located the Sonos speaker, but the Sonos app won’t recognize that. Any ideas on how to fix the speaker recognition within the app?

Since I updated to the new app on iOS, it will not start. It is just the Sonos-logo for half a minute, then it crashes. What is the point of having an app at all then, if it constantly crashes?

There are two copies of an album in the Sonos music library, but only one in the actual music folder. I have cleared the recycle bin. I have reindexed the Sonos library several times.

Hello Sonos Community,I’ve encountered a frustrating issue since the latest release of the Sonos app. I can no longer play Italian radio stations from the UK (radio Deejay for example).I attempted to resolve this by contacting customer service, but the experience was less than ideal. I was faced with an estimated 85-90 minute wait, and there was no status update about my queue position. The hold music was also quite nerve-wracking.When I finally got through to a representative, she suggested I change my address to a different country. This solution seems both ridiculous and impractical. Why should I have to falsify my location when I am legally entitled to listen to these radio stations regardless of where I am?Even more perplexing, I can still access these radio stations through Alexa without any issues. Unfortunately, the representative wasn't very confident or clear on how to help me further.Given the premium price of the Sonos system, this situ

I am generally happy with the new app (ever since alarms were fixed).I know Sonos still works on much bigger app issues at the moment but there is a minor suggestion I would make. Whenever I start the app, I get the dreaded "No product found" message for a brief second and then the app loads fine. Given all the connectivity issues people are having while getting that message, my heart skips a bit every single time.Would it make sense to introduce a delay in the app before you show that message which definitely doesn't add to the positive Sonos experience.Thanks. Happy customer since 2008

There are preliminary signs that Spotify is (finally) bringing audiobooks to their Sonos integration.If you use the Desktop or third-party apps you can see a new category “Audiobooks for you”, but its empty at the moment.On the new mobile app it shows a small line saying “No content items available” where they will eventually show up. 

After updating to new SONOS update, can no longer stream radio stations from different regions using Sonos radio. 

Since the last app update, whenever I have the app up on iphone and put it in the background, when I come back to it I’m greeted with “no products found” and it takes a few seconds to recognize the system again.

Any updates on adding a music library. It goes through the motions and then when I try to play something i get “ No Selections Available.” Any suggestions?

Does anyone know how to search for International Radio stations from TUNIN on the Sonos Radio?  I thought it was supposed to have the full catalog.
