I still can’t add my Music Library. Is anyone else still hung out to dry?

There are some glitches, but it works for many of us. What are your symptoms? Are there any error messages?

I have not been able to add library since the update nor have I used my Sonos system. I have not been able to speak to tech support either. As far as I can see , Sonos management has effectively desroyed years of good will (allthough I’m sure this will not show up on their balance sheet.)

 

Management needs replacing for the entire fiasco. If I were a major shareholder I’d be  campaigning for a change.

To be honest… how could you be able to realize that things are getting better with update releases, if you don’t use your system at all!? 😉

Are you still trying to use the ‘My Music’ or ‘Folder/external hard drive’ options from the desktop app?

Have you updated your app to the latest version this week, ensured you have updated the speaker firmware to the latest version, and followed the comprehensive instructions in the link above to help you add your music library?

And it will show up on their balance sheet as they have downgraded their 2024 full year forecast by a considerable margin, including postponing the launch of two new products until 2025...
