Bonjour, Contrairement à la release note de Sonos v13.4.1 qui indique la prise en charge des protocoles SMB2/3, mes Sonos S2 en v14.9 n’arrivent pas à se connecter au NAS de ma Freebox Revolution si je la configure pour utiliser SMB2/3. Est-ce que quelqu’un a rencontré également ce problème et a trouvé une solution ? Merci pour votre support.

My Sonos system has lost all (four) speakers. The speakers are three Play:1 and one Play:3. I have not done a system upgrade. I did an app upgrade, currently running Android Sonos 80.06.04. However, I also had to change the settings on my router to deal with other network issues that were not affecting Sonos. I suspect that might be why the devices were lost from the system. The Sonos app tells me that these devices cannot be added using the app, and I have to do a factory reset on all four speakers. In preparing to do this and looking online for guidance, I stumbled into the current firestorm of criticism that Sonos is facing regarding the May 2024 app update, with many people saying it made their systems unusable. Hi, I have noticed recently my Sonos App no longer has Amazon Music or Spotify as an option to add in the All Services area.I have tried uninstalling the app several times to no avail, does anyone else have this issue? I am based in the UK and have never had this issue before. 

I have factory reset, started over from scratch, attached ethernet cable...ALL the things.  I’m at hours working on connecting all things.I have two SL...no problem.  I then try connecting the ONE and the whole network disappears from the app.  Says Not Connected.  For awhile it would do this and I could disconnect my wifi on my phone then reconnect and it would randomly decide to work.  Now it is just not working.  My SL will play from spotify so I don’t think it is a wifi issue.  And the ONE was working when connected with ethernet but I had to unplug and move.  When I did this the app just said Not Connected.  Unsure if that has anything to do with moving the speaker.  The SLs still work but wont show up in app.  Seems like an app thing?  I have an android Galaxy note S22.  At the brink of throwing these in the trash.  They sound great when they work but they just wont stay connected.  I should say the app does not appear to be staying connected.  I feel like I must

I updated to Sonoma 14.6.1 on my MacBook Pro and the trick to mount the library through a NAS does not work anymore. I am (again...) without music library.Any idea to solve it this time?

Very simple, while this has worked for years, now when I search an artist on Sonos iOS app or by voice control, I only get one album by the artist selected.  On the Amazon app I get all the albums.  Reset the entire system and router, removed and reinstalled the Amazon service in the Sonos app…..  Same result.  

I am not able to connect my sonos system til my music library on my imac. 

I use Sonos to stream music from the classical music service Idagio. I have various Pinned Collections on Sonos that pull through albums and playlists from Idagio.  But on the new app it seems I can no longer select and play whole albums or playlists… only a single track at a time?  I get the same problem if I use “Your Services” to link through from Sonos to Idagio.  Playing one track at a time from a classical recording is pretty hopeless, so I hope that gets resolved soon please Sonos Support. 

Hi All, whenever I had both of my Sonos speakers active (Play: 1 & Play3) and I selected one in the app to adjust the volume, both units used to come up and you could adjust them separately. Now only one appears, I wonder if anyone else has had this issue?  I'm using the original Sonos app, the new one is just a whole different nightmare. It says my products need an upgrade, but when I go to the old app, it says no upgrades are available. I don't care about the new app, it looks crap anyway, but I would like this volume issue sorted! 

To the Sonos app I received a notification that my Apple Music access had expired but when I go to Apple everything is fine and the service is due to renew next month but is Current.

The new app has essentially rendered my sonos speakers Useless!When will you allow the use of the old S2 app?When will the ceo be replaced with a competent customer focused ceo? 

Long time Sonos user here, have purchased 15+ devices over the years for myself and as gifts. I’m absolutely shocked at the new app and subsequent updates. As I look in this forum, all I see are posts about features that have been removed or no longer work: alarms, TuneIn Library for custom URLs, queue issues, etc.  What I don’t see in any of the replies are devs discussing fixing ANY of these issues. I see updates still being pushed, with the same broken/discontinued functionality. From an investor standpoint this is deeply concerning. I get Sonos (ticker SONO) is trying to monetize and force subscriptions to various music streaming services, but when they’re losing this much money, that should be a wake up call. My brother shorted Sonos when it was nearing a high of $19. It’s now around $12. No one likes the direction the company is headed. How to find Star FM from Viaplay in Sonos radio?

This is a feature request for the new app. I want to be able to go into edit mode when looking at my services or Sonos favorites or anything on the front page for that matter, and drag those things around to arrange them. Currently, services is alphabetic, but to get to the services I use most, I have to scroll to get to them. I just want the move the three or four I use most to the front so I don’t have to scroll every time.I’d like the same option for all the categories in Sonos Favorites as well.im on iOS.

I mean, how is it possible this is so awful in 2024? I won’t even get into the fact that my old stuff has to remain separate, but the process of downgrading the software of something to S1 is asking to programming a moon landing. Not to mention the constant losing connection, terrible app, etc etc. I work in audio and I literally tell anyone who asks to run away from Sonos. I’m stuck with it because I have two units that cost a lot of money, but I’ve been sitting here for an HOUR trying to downgrade the software on a unit. It won’t let me sign  in, then won’t see it, then i have to reset for the 254th time. Sonos. YOU SUCK

How can I listen to Sonos Radio on my phone outside my home network?!JL

First - Congratulations Sonos on bringing Apple Music lossless streaming to your platform.I noticed that when I have a paired set of Play:5 speakers, I can stream Apple Music in lossless.However, if I pair a Sub to the Play:5’s I then lose the lossless connection.  I am assuming (perhaps incorrectly) that when you pair two Play:5's with a Sonos Sub, the Sonos system is configured as a home theater setup. In this mode, perhaps Sonos prioritizes synchronized audio playback and bass management over lossless audio?Please advise if there is a way to configure a room with a Play:5 pair and a Sub to receive lossless streaming from Apple Music.  Thanks!

 How long before Sonos just renames their apps to "Something went wrong"? Every time I try to play music it involves 10 minutes of troubleshooting.

I’m sorry but I am absolutely bloody furious.When the new S2 app came out I abandoned it within minutes and have been using an older version of the app (via APK Library).Yesterday when on the Windows app it told me I had to upgrade my system. It gave 2 options - upgrade Now or Later. Click on Later and….the screen just reappears. I couldn’t use my system until I had upgraded, so I did. Windows app continued to work OK.But I then discovered that I had to upgrade the Android app, so reluctantly I did.All my favourites are greyed out. As are my Playlists.So I’ve come to a grinding halt. How on earth do I play the stations I’ve been playing for years via the Android app. Any why, for F’s sake, do I have to sign into my Sonos account to check Network, even just bloody date and time.So effing frustrating.

Confused.  You can see my phone is connected to wifi but the app is saying not connected.  I have 2 SL that I keep connecting but when I go to do the One it looses the entire system.  I have reset, rebooted,unplugged, reconnected, etc.  Things could play from spotify but I couldn't get sonos app to connect and so couldn't play from multiple speakers.  We had a great party last night despite the fact I couldn't get these damn speakers to work.  Why is it so hard?  We ended up getting out a JBL that had no problem connecting.  Sad.  You aren't winning new customers with this app.  It should work.  I run a business with this wifi.  No problems.  Why are these speakers such a hassle to connect?  I used to be able.to connect and reconnect wifi on my phone and the app would randomly connect.  What can I do to fix this?

I’m on version 80.06.03 of the iOS app and I am still unable to search or manage my local music library through the app. I’ve removed and re-added the library using the desktop app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app itself and even done an app reset but still no luck. Am I missing something simple here?

I’ve got a five speaker system and ever since the new app update I’ve got two speakers that constantly groups themselves together.It’s always the same two speakers and the routine is: I separate them, as long as one speaker is used they stays separated, but as soon the speakers are in idle for a while they become grouped after a while.
