Sonos App on oneplus 12

I’d try to uninstall and reinstall the app?

I did it a couple of time but without any improvement

Can you describe what happens?

Which version of Android is running on this device? Normally speaking, if it conforms to the supported OS for controllers FAQ, it should work, although I believe if they’re doing something non standard in the communications stack, there may be problems. It would be useful to get confirmation one way or the other from another OnePlus user. Sadly, I am not one. 

I open the app and it close imediatly

Did you try clearing the app data and clearing app cache in your Android settings, then delete the app, then turn the phone off and back on, before reinstalling the app?

There may be some residual app data remaining that could be preventing the app opening properly.

May I ask you how do you do that ? (clearing the app data and clearing app cache in your Android settings)

‘Clear Data’ should also be found under Storage.

I have same problem on Oneplus 12, tried everything (cleared cache, changed WIFI settings, uninstall app...)  to set up my ERA 100 but it did not work - same message could not connect to WiFi after set up.

Last thing I did, used my Tablet (Xiaomi Pad 6 PRO) to set up ERA 100 through SONOS S2 app and connected successfully, system is set up and working (also on PC ) but not on Oneplus 12 :( . 

Now only Bluetooth playing on ERA 100 is working on my One plus 12.

Hope with new update things will change.
