I am staying at an airbnb that has a couple sonos speakers. But when I go to the sonos app it doesnt show the speakers, ive already changed the network but still nothing

What Do you mean you changed the network? If the speakers were already on the local network all you need do is connect to it. Delete the Sonos app in your device and download again. Open the app and select join an existing system. If the owners gave you a generic sign-in you can use it to enable all features in the app.
